|a تؤكد الدارسات اليوم على الأثر الإيجابي للمقاولاتية على الاقتصاد. تتسم الجزائر بنقص الثقافة المقاولاتية، يعود ذلك إلى كون المجتمع نشأ على أساس فكر اشتراكي ما جعل منحى المقاولاتية يسير بوتيرة جد ضعيفة. حاولت السلطات تدارك ذلك من خلال إنشاء العديد من هيئات المرافقة الهادفة إلى بعث روح المقاولاتية ومرافقة المقاولين لكنها لم تأخذ بعين الاعتبار اختلاف نمط المقاولين. تمحورت إشكالية البحث في السؤال المحوري التالي: ما هي خصائص ومواصفات المقاول في الجزائر؟ الإجابة على هذا التساؤل تمت اعتمادا على دراسة ميدانية استندت على استبيان وجه إلى عينة مكونة من 174 مقاول في الولايات الثلاث مجال الدراسة؛ قسنطينة، ميلة وجيجل. وثبت لنا أنه هناك اختلاف في نمط المقاول من ولاية إلى أخرى.
|b Studies today confirm the positive impact of entrepreneurship on the economy. Algeria is characterized by a lack of entrepreneurial culture because society grew up on the basis of socialist thinking, which has made the direction of entrepreneurship at a very low pace. The authorities tried to remedy this by establishing several accompanying bodies aimed at reviving the spirit of entrepreneurship and accompanying entrepreneurs but did not take into account the different patterns of entrepreneurs. The problem of research revolved around the following pivotal question: what are the characteristics and specifications of the entrepreneur in Algeria? To answer this question, a field study based on a questionnaire handed to a sample of 174 entrepreneurs in the three states: Constantine, Mila, and Jijel. We found that there was a difference in the entrepreneur’s pattern from state to state.
