تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة المباشرة بين أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة وبين إدراك الأفراد لفاعلية اللجان الإدارية في حل المشكلات الإدارية. وطبقت الدراسة على عينة بلغت (384) مفردة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملين في جامعة العريش وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن إدراك الفرد لفاعلية اللجان الإدارية في حل المشكلات الإدارية متوسطة أيضا، وتتوافر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة في الجامعة بدرجة متوسطة. وكذلك توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة وبين فاعلية اللجان الإدارية في حل المشكلات الإدارية، كذلك توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين فاعلية اللجان الإدارية في حل المشكلات الإدارية، وأخيرا توصلت الدراسة إلى زيادة العلاقة الإيجابية بين أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة محل الدراسة من جانب وبين إدراك الأفراد فاعلية اللجان الإدارية في حل المشكلات من جانب آخر. وبذلك توصي الدراسة علي زيادة تفعيل نظام الاتصال الإداري، والعمل على توفير المعلومات وقت الحاجة إليها، والعمل على غرس ثقافة الوضوح والإفصاح عن المعلومات، ووضع معايير خاصة باختيار رؤساء اللجان، واستقطاب الكفاءات والخبرات المتخصصة في مواجهة المشكلات الإدارية، واهتمام اللجان بدراسة تأثير توصياتها.
This study aims to the direct relationship between the dimensions of the learning organization and the individual’s perception of the effectiveness of management committees in dealing with administrative problems. The study was conducted on a sample of (384) single-workers at the University of Alarish. The study came to the following conclusions the effectiveness of management committees in and dimensions of the learning organization are available at the university moderately. As well as the study concludes the existence of a positive relationship between the dimensions of the learning organization and the effectiveness of management committees in the resolution of administrative problems, as well as the study concludes the existence of a positive relationship the effectiveness of management committees in the resolution finally the study found that relationship between the dimensions of the learning organization under study by the perception among individuals and the effectiveness of management committees in solving the problems of the other side. Thus, the study recommends to increase the activation system the work to provide the information when you need them, and work to instill a culture of clarity and disclosure of information, and to develop standards for the selection of committee chairs, and attract talent and specialized expertise in the face the attention of committees to study the impact of its recommendations.
