|a يشهد العالم تطورا سريعا في آليات التقنيات والتواصل الحديثة المتنوعة في عصر العولمة مما أوجد ثقافات متنوعة أيضا بين الشعوب وظهر ما يسمى "بعولمة الثقافة" في جميع المجالات، وأصبح المجتمع الواحد متعدد الثقافات، ومن هنا استهدفت المنظومة التعليمية في مناهجها وأصبحت في خطر، ولإبعاده سارعت دول العالم إلى تغيير وتحديث مناهجها التعليمية للمحافظة على منظومتها التعليمية تماشيا والتطور العلمي الحاصل، والذي أصبح فيه البقاء للأعلم والأعرف. ومن هنا فالجزائر جزء من هذا المحيط الثقافي العالمي، لذا وجب علينا إعادة النظر في واقعنا التربوي والتعليمي والخروج بمقترحات وتوصيات علها تؤسس لمنهج تعليمي ناجع يخرجنا من واقعنا التعليمي الحالي.

Hence, Algeria is part of this global cultural environment, so we must reconsider our educational and educational reality and come up with proposals and recommendations that may establish an effective educational curriculum that leads us out of our current educational reality.
