|a تعد الإدارة التربوية أحد المداخل الحديثة في العملية التعليمية وقد زادت أهميتها في الوقت الذي تسعى فيه مؤسسات التعليم إلى اعتماد المدخل التربوي وتفعيله في عملية التعليم، وقد هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الإدارة التربوية لدى مديري المدارس مع بيان الأسس والأهداف التي قامت عليها، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل الوصول إلى هدف الدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أبرزها، أهمية المدخل التربوي في العملية التعليمية، وأن هناك عدة أسس لابد أن تتوفر لدى مديري المدارس ليتمكنوا من النجاح في الإدارة التربوية، وأن أهم الأسس التي يحتاجها مدير المدرسة ليحقق النجاح في إدارته أن يلتزم القدوة الحسنة، وأن يكون مدركا لعملية الإدارة الحديثة وما تتطلبه من مقومات معينة، وتوصي الدارسة بضرورة تفعيل المدخل التربوي في العملية التعليمية والعمل على تهيئة مديري المدارس بشكل كامل ليمكنوا من القيام بأدوارهم وفق شروط المدخل التربوي.
