|a أجرت الباحثة دراستها الحالية على عينة من أعضاء الهيئات الإدارية للأندية التابعة إلى وزارة الداخلية العراقية، إذ تم اختيار مجتمع البحث وعينته بالطريقة العمدية، وتم تعديل مقياسي التقانة المعلوماتية وكحفاء الأداء المستخدمين في دراسات أخرى لتناسب أهداف وعينة الدراسة الحالية، وبعد أن أكملت الباحثة من إتمام شروط التعديل وخطوات عمل البحث العلمي من استيفاء كل شروطه وبعد توزيع الاستبانات على العينة المستهدفة وإجراء المعالجات الإحصائية للبيانات التي حصلت عليها الباحثة من خلال إجابات المفحوصين، توصلت إلى نتائج واستنتاجات عدة منها: 1-هناك علاقة ارتباط عالية بين تقانة المعلومات وكفاءة الأداء الإداري لدى عينة البحث. 2-ضعف التوجيه بالعمل على تطوير التقانة مكن خلال الممارسات العملية والعلمية الحديثة في كسب المعلومات والتداول بها. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج والاستنتاجات عملت الباحثة على وضع عدة توصيات منها: - اعتماد المقاييس والمستويات التي توصلت إليها الباحثة في دراسات أخرى. - حث أعضاء الهيئات الإدارية في الاشتراك بدورات تطويرية بمجال التكنلوجيا الحديثة وطرق الاتصالات والتواصل مع العالم الخارجي.
|b The researcher conducted her current study on a sample of members of the administrative bodies of clubs affiliated to the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, as the research community was chosen and appointed by the intentional method, and the two standards of information technology and performance used in other studies were modified to fit the objectives and sample of the current study, and after the researcher completed the fulfillment of the conditions The amendment and the steps of the scientific research work by fulfilling all its conditions and after distributing the questionnaires to the target sample and conducting statistical treatments for the data obtained by the researcher through the answers of the examinees, I reached several results and conclusions, including: 1- There is a high correlation between information technology and the efficiency of administrative performance in the research sample. 2- The lack of guidance in working on the development of technology enabled through modern scientific and practical practices in gaining and circulating information. In light of these results and conclusions, the researcher worked on developing several recommendations, including: 1. Adopting the standards and levels reached by the researcher in other studies. 2. Urging the members of the administrative bodies to participate in development courses in the field of modern technology and methods of communication and communication with the outside world.
