المستخلص: الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وعلى آله وصحبه ومن ولاه. أما بعد؛ فإن التركيز من الاستراتيجيات المهمة في الأعمال المؤسسية في عصورنا الحديثة، وهو يقابل استراتيجية أخرى لا تقل أهمية عنه وهي الانتشار. وقد تركز البحث على بيان مفهوم التركيز، وأهميته للعمل الخيري، وفوائده، وأهم الأدوات التي استخدمها علماء الشريعة للتركيز، التي منها التقعيد وتحرير محل النزاع، والسبر والتقسيم، والترجيح وغيرها من أدوات تؤدي إلى التركيز. وقد أردف المبحث الأول في البحث الذي كان في المفهوم النظري بمبحث آخر يتعلق بتطبيق نماذج من تلك الأدوات على بعض مفاهيم ومجالات العمل الخيري، فكان من الأمثلة عليه التطبيق على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار، وكيف يمكن أن يستفيد العمل الخيري من هذه الأدوات في تطوير العمل وتحسينه. وكان من أهم نتائج هذا البحث ما يأتي: 1-أن التركيز من أهم الاستراتيجيات التي ينبغي على مؤسسات العمل الخيري الاعتناء بها، لأنها من أفضل الاستراتيجيات التي تحدث الأثر في المؤسسات على مستوى المستفيدين منها والعاملين والبرامج المقدمة من تلك المؤسسات. -من أهم التوصيات: 1-ضرورة الرجوع إلى تراثنا العلمي واستخراج كنوزها والأدوات التي استخدمها العلماء في التركيز وفي غيره من استراتيجيات العمل الخيري. وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم

All the praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings are upon Allah’s Messenger, his family, his companions, and who are in loyal for him, having said. In our modern times, concentration is an important strategy in institutional works, as it has the same importance as another equal strategy, which is proliferation. The research has focused on clarifying the concept of concentration, its importance to charitable work, its advantages, as well as the most important tools used by the scholars of sharia to concentrate, including the explanation and to facilitate points of the dispute, sounding, division, weighting, and any other tools leading towards the concentration. The first theme of the research, which was in the theoretical concept, was followed with another theme concerning the implementation of the models of these tools to some concepts and areas of the charitable works, for example, implementation of solving the problem and the making of the decision, and how the charitable works can benefit from these tools in development and improvement of the work. One of the most important outcomes of this research was the following: Concentration is one of the most important strategies that charitable organizations should pay the required attention to, as they are one of the best strategies that have an impact on the institutions at the level of their beneficiaries, employees, and programs provided by those institutions. Some of the most important recommendations are as follows: The necessity of referring to our scientific heritage and tradition to extract their treasures and the valuable tools that may be used by scientists in the concentration as well as in the other strategies of philanthropy.
