هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف طبيعة المشكلات التي تواجه الطالبات المعلمات في تخصصي معلم الصف وتربية الطفل بجامعة البترا الخاصة أثناء تنفيذ التربية العملية . وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) طالبة معلمة ، ولغايات الدراسة تم بناء استبانة اشتملت على (45) مشكلة موزعة على خمسة مجالات . أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج الالية: 1. أن كثر المشكلات الحادة المتعلقة بالمشرف هي عدم ابلاغ المشرف للطالبة المعلمة بوقت الزيارة . 2. وأكثر المشكلات المتعلقة بالمعلمة المتعاونة حدة هي عدم سماح المعلمة المتعاونة للطالبة المعلمة بتدريس كثر من حصة كاملة ، وعدم تقيد المعلمة المتعاونة بالبرنامج الدراسي اليومي ، وتساهلها بالأنشطة اللامنهجية ، ولا تبدي اهتماما بتحضير الدروس . 3. أن غالبية المشكلات المتعلقة بإدارة المدرسة المتعاونة كانت حادة من وجهة نظر الطالبات المعلمات . 4. أبرز المشكلات المتعلقة بالطالبة المعلمة هي الخوف من تقييم المشرف ، وصعوبة التنسيق بين التربية العملية ومساقات أخرى في نفس الفصل الدراسي. 5. وكثر المشكلات المتعلقة بالإمكانات المادية حدة هي عدم توفير المدرسة المتعاونة للوسائل التعليمية. 6. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات مشكلات التربية العملية لدى الطالبات المعلمات بجامعة البترا الخاصة تعزى لمتغير التخصص (معلم صف، تربية طفل).
This study aimed at investigating the nature of the problems facing the female student teachers in the specialties of classroom teacher and child éducation at Petra Private University during the execution of practical éducation. The study sample constituted of (40) female student teachers. For the purpose of study, a questionnaire form has been prepared consisting of (45) problems distributed within five domains. Following are the results of the study: 1. The most critical problem related to the supervisor is to surprise the student teacher with his visit. 2. The most critical problems related to the coopérative teacher is not allowing the student teacher to teach more than one complété class period. Also, the problem is due to non-adherence of the coopérative teacher to the daily study program and her flexibility in the ex-curricular activities, and also lack of attention to the lesson préparation. 3. Most of the problems related to the coopérative school administration were critical as viewed by the student teachers 4. The most common problems related to the student teacher are her scare of the supervisor évaluation, and the difficulty of coordination between the practical éducation and other courses of the same class. 5. The most critical problem related to the material resources is the unavailability of teaching aids at the coopérative school. 6. Statistical results indicate that no différences exist between the means of practical éducation problems of student teachers at Petra Private University that are attributed to the change of specialties (i.e. Classroom Teacher and Child Education). In light of the study results, the researcher has given some recommendations.
