المستخلص: The progress made in the social and human sciences has profoundly influenced the sphere of intercultural reality. An epistemological and terminological shift has taken place, shaken the usual certainties and revealed the vulnerability of the existing concepts, especially those related to identity and culture. Unlike culturalism, the fluid (liquid) intercultural movement, with its interactional and subjective character, focuses on the enunciative subject perspective and reflects the "fluid" and hybrid nature of the world. In this vein, many questions arise and deserve to be addressed due to their rich dimensions. What kind of perception of interculturality emerges through Moroccan institutional texts (Strategic Vision, National Charter ...)? How do these official texts approach the liquid intercultural? Are they accommodated to keep abreast with the paradigmatic changes of the revisited concepts? The present research seeks to attain three objectives: Firstly, analyzing the paradigm in question by recalling the various concepts revisited; secondly identifying, the anchorage of this conceptual unit on the institutional texts and finally formulating improvement proposals for a prospective support of the organizing concepts of liquid interculturality, in the light of the advances made in the field of man and society.

Les progrés enregistrés en sciences sociales et humaines ont profondément influencé la sphere de la réalité interculturelle. Un déplacement épistémologique et terminologique a eu lieu ébranlant les certitudes habituelles et révélant la vulnérabilité des concepts surtout ceux d'identité et de culture. Contrairement au culturalisme, le mouvement interculturel liquide, å caractere interactionniste et subjectiviste, se polarise sur la perspective sujet et refléte la nature « liquide » et hybride du monde. Dans cet ordre d'idées, de multiples questions se posent et méritent d'étre abordées parce que riches en dimensions. Quelle perception de I 'interculturel se profile-t-elle travers les textes institutionnels marocains (Vision stratégique, Charte nationale...) ? Comment ces textes officiels approchent-ils l'interculturel liquide ? Sont-ils acclimatés au changement paradigmatique opéré et aux concepts revisités ? Trois objectifs sous-tendent cette recherche. Analyser, au préalable, le paradigme en question en rappelant Ies différents concepts revus. Identifier, ensuite, l'ancrage de cet appareil conceptuel dans les textes institutionnels. En clöture, formuler des propositions d'amélioration pour une prise en charge prospective des concepts organisateurs de l'interculturel liquide, et ce å la des avancées notées e matiére de sciences de l'Homme et de la société.
