المستخلص: This article aims to study reading behavior and practices among Tunisian researchers according to the scientific disciplines to which they belong. The work is based on a questionnaire survey conducted in 2019 with 707 readers of Greater Tunis. The main results of this study show that readers belonging to the soft sciences in general are avid readers, whether in the traditional paper-based environment or in the digital environment. An evolving trend towards digital book reading by readers in SHS. Nevertheless, less collaborative work than those belonging to the exact and applied sciences. This turning point in the soft sciences finds its foundation in the expression of the digital humanities offering, among other things, open access to various literary, cultural and historical digital corpuses and collections. With digital, everything is changing not only in terms of the migration of knowledge to digital media, but also the creation and production of this knowledge has migrated to digital. A new field of research is thus opening up in the human and social sciences, that of digital literature and art.

Cet article vise à étudier les comportements et pratiques de lecture auprès des chercheurs tunisiens selon les disciplines scientifiques auxquelles ils appartiennent. Le travail est basé sur une enquête par questionnaire menée, en 2019, auprès de 707 lecteurs du Grand Tunis. Les principaux résultats de cette étude montrent que les lecteurs appartenant aux sciences molles en général sont des grands lecteurs, que ce soit dans l’environnement traditionnel basé sur le papier ou encore dans l’environnement numérique. Une tendance évolutive vers la lecture du livre numérique par les lecteurs en SHS. Néanmoins, moins de travaux collaboratifs que ceux appartenant aux sciences exactes et appliquées. Ce tournant qu’ont connu les sciences molles trouve sa fondation dans l’expression des humanités numériques offrant entre autres un accès ouvert à des différents corpus et fonds numériques littéraires, culturels et historiques en plus du fonds scientifique. Avec le numérique, tout se transforme non seulement au niveau de la migration des connaissances vers le support numérique mais aussi la création et la production de ces connaissances a migré vers le numérique. Un nouveau champ de recherche s’ouvre ainsi dans les sciences humaines et sociales, celui de la littérature et de l’art numériques.
