المستخلص: يهدف البحث بشكل رئيسي إلى معرفة دور معلمة الرياض في تعزيز مفهوم الوعي الصحي لدى طفل الروضة، واقتضت طبيعة الدراسة الحالية استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع معلمات رياض الأطفال في مدينة حمص والبالغ عددهن تقريبيا بحدود 600 معلمة في رياض الأطفال الحكومية والخاصة للعام الدراسي 2020- 2021، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية من مجتمع البحث لبعض الرياض في مدينة حمص حيث تكونت العينة من 20 معلمة رياض (10 من رياض خاصة ، 10 من رياض حكومية) وقد قامت الباحثة ببناء /استبانة/ موجهة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال لتعرف آرائهم بدور المعلمات في تعزيز مفهوم الوعي الصحي لدى طفل الروضة، تتألف الاستبانة من (15) بند تدور حول دور المعلمات في تعزيز مفهوم الوعي الصحي لدى طفل الروضة، وأجرت الباحثة للاستبانة اختبارات الصدق والثبات (الاتساق الداخلي، الصدق التمييزي، ثبات باستخدام طريقتي: ألفا كرونباخ، التجزئة النصفية) وقد وجدت الباحثة أن معلمات الرياض يقمن بأدوار محددة في تعزيز مفهوم الوعي الصحي لدى طفل الروضة وذلك ضمن الإمكانات المتاحة لديهن سواء من قبل إدارات الرياض أو الإمكانات المادية أو حتى تعامل المجتمع والأهل، كما أن لدراسة المعلمة وتخرجها دور في ذلك، وقد خرج البحث بنتيجة مفادها عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات معلمات الرياض (عينة البحث) على بنود استبانة (دور المعلمات في تعزيز مفهوم الوعي الصحي لدى طفل الروضة) وفق متغير نوع الروضة (خاصة، حكومية) بينما وجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات معلمات الرياض (عينة البحث) على بنود استبانة (دور المعلمات في تعزيز مفهوم الوعي الصحي لدى طفل الروضة) وفق متغير اختصاص المعلمة (رياض، اختصاص أخر) هذه الفروق لصالح معلمات الرياض وبفارق كبير وانحرافات معيارية صغيرة، وقد خرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات التي قد تسهم تفعيل دور المعلمات في تعزيز مفهوم الوعي الصحي لدى طفل الروضة بشكل أفضل.

The Research aims mainly to know the role of the kindergarten teacher in promoting the concept of health awareness among the kindergarten child, and the nature of the current study necessitated the use of the descriptive analytical approach. The research community may consist of all kindergarten teachers in the city of Homs, whose number is approximately 600 teachers in public and private kindergartens for the academic year 2020-2021, and the research sample was chosen randomly from the research community of some kindergartens in the city of Homs, where the sample was formed. Out of 20 kindergarten teachers (10 from private kindergartens, 10 from public kindergartens) The researcher has built a /questionnaire/ directed to kindergarten teachers to know their views on the role of teachers in promoting the concept of health awareness among kindergarten children. The questionnaire consists of (15) items revolving around the role of teachers in promoting the concept of health awareness among kindergarten children. Validity and stability (internal consistency, discriminative honesty, stability using two methods: Cronbach's alpha, halving) The researcher found that Riyadh teachers play specific roles in promoting the concept of health awareness among kindergarten children, within the capabilities available to them, whether by the Riyadh administrations, financial capabilities, or even dealing with the community and parents, and the teacher’s study and graduation has a role in that, and The research came out with the result that there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the Riyadh female teachers (the research sample) on the items of the questionnaire (the role of female teachers in promoting the concept of health awareness among the kindergarten child) according to the type of kindergarten variable (private, governmental) While there were differences between the average scores of Riyadh female teachers (the research sample) on the items of the questionnaire (the role of female teachers in promoting the concept of health awareness among the kindergarten child) according to the parameter of the teacher's specialization (Riyadh, another specialization). The research came out with a number of recommendations that may contribute to activating the role of teachers in enhancing the concept of health awareness among kindergarten children in a better way.
