المستخلص: "يهدف البحث الحالي بصفة رئيسية إلى إعداد وتنفيذ وتقييم فعالية برنامج إرشادي لتحسين الوعي بمزايا وعيوب أواني الطهي للمقبلات على الزواج وربات الأسر. وتم استيفاء البيانات من خلال تطبيق أدوات البحث، وتم تطبيقه على عينة أساسية قوامها (٢٥٠) فتاة وربة أسرة، أما العينة التجريبية فكانت (٣٦) فتاة وربة أسرة، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التجريبي، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة: أن غالبية عينة البحث بنسبة 22.4% تفضلن استخدام أواني الألمونيوم في المرتبة الأولى، تليها الجرانيت بنسبة 17.6%، كما تبين من الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عينة البحث الأساسية وبين كلا من مستوى الوعى بمزايا وعيوب أواني الطهي المصنوعة من كلاً من ""الفخار، الألمونيوم، الصاج، التيفال، البيركس، الجرانيت""، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الوعي بمزايا وعيوب أواني الطهى وكلا من طبيعة العمل، ومحل الإقامة، بينما تبين وجود تباين دال إحصائيا بمستوى الوعي بمزايا وعيوب أواني الطهى ومتوسط الدخل الشهري الأقل عند مستوى دلالة 0.01، كما تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 في مستوى وعي عينة البحث التجريبية بمزايا وعيوب أواني الطهي قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي. ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة عمل المزيد من البرامج الإرشادية الخاصة باستخدام واختيار الأدوات المنزلية للمقبلات على الزواج وربات الأسر."

"The study aimed to prepare, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of an informative program to improve awareness of the advantages and disadvantages of cooking utensils for female youth getting married and housewife’s The data was completed through the application of research tools, and it was applied to a basic sample of (250) girls getting married and housewife’s, and the experimental sample was (36) girls getting married and housewife’s, and the study followed the descriptive, analytical and experimental approach. One of the most important results of the study: the majority of the research sample by 22.4% preferred to use aluminum utensils in the first place, followed by granite by 17.6%, while 8.8% preferred to use both glass and ceramics, as shown by The study found that there were no statistically significant differences between the research sample and both the level of awareness of the advantages and disadvantages of cooking utensils made from ""pottery, aluminum, iron sheet, Teflon, glass, granite"", as well as the absence of differences between the main research sample in the total score of the questionnaire axes The level of awareness of the advantages and disadvantages of cooking utensils, as well as the lack of statistically significant differences in the level of awareness of the advantages and disadvantages of cooking utensils and the average monthly income at the level of 0.01, as well as the existence of statistical function differences at the level of 0.01 in the level of awareness of the experimental research sample of the advantages and disadvantages of cooking pots before and after the application of the extension program. One of the most important recommendations of the study is to make more guidance programs for the use and selection of housewife’s and female youth getting married items cooking utensils."
