تهدف هذه الدراسة لكشف واقع طرائق التدريس الحالية في التعليم العام لمحلية الخرطوم، وأيضا الوقوف على استخدام طرائق التدريس الحديثة بواسطة المعلمين، ونتائج استخدام هذه الطرائق الحديثة. الباحث وبحكم عمله وتجربته السابقة كمشرف أكاديمي وتربوي لمرحلة الأساس والمرحلة الثانوية وفي تدريس الأقران في كليات التربية، أصبح متأكدا بأن معظم المعلمين يستخدمون طرائق التدريس التقليدية في التدريس مثل طريقة الإلقاء وغيرها. وهي تحشو أذهان الطلاب بالمعلومات وقد ملوا تكرار المعلومات وهذا الروتين. والباحث في هذه الدراسة يدفع المعلمين لاستخدام التقنيات الحديثة وطرائق التدريس الحديثة مثل طريقة العصف الذهني، التعلم التعاوني، مشروع العمل وبتركيز على البرمجيات التعليمية. الدول المتقدمة بدأت في استخدام طريقة اللجان وهي تتكون من مجموعات صغيرة من الطلاب، وبالتالي فإن الفروق الفردية تتقلص، وتحل بعض المشاكل التربوية، وكذلك طريقة المشروع وطريقة حل المشكلات. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي كأداة لمناسبته لمثل هذه الدراسة، وكذلك هي الدراسة هي المقابلة مع الموجهين والمشرفين التربويين البالغ عددهم عشرة، والمعلمين البالغ عددهم عشرين معلما وهؤلاء هم عينة الدراسة. واستخدم الباحث كذلك أداة الملاحظة من خلال زياراته للعديد من المدارس. من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن استخدام الطرائق الحديثة في التدريس خاصة البرمجة التعليمية تزيد من كفاية المعلم كما تزيد الاستراتيجيات الحديثة للتدريس تساعد في فهم المادة الدراسية بسهولة ورغبة، لدى الطلاب مما يساعد في زيادة التحصيل الدراسي. وتعد طريقة البرمجة التعليمية وسيلة للتعلم الذاتي الشيء الذي يجعل الطالب يتعلم بحرية وبحسب مقدراته التعليمية وسرعته في التعلم، مما يساعد في بقاء أثر التعلم لفترة أطول. وأن اتجاهات الموجهين والمشرفين التربويين نحو هذه الاستراتيجيات الحديثة في التدريس تعتبر إيجابية. ومن خلال النتائج توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات: منها ضرورة استخدام الطرائق الحديثة في التدريس في التعليم العام لمحلية الخرطوم وغيرها من المحليات. وعلى مكاتب التعليم والموجهين والمشرفين التربويين تشجيع المعلمين على استخدام طرائق التدريس الحديثة مما يساعد في تحسن أداء المعلم المهني، وكذلك على الموجهين والمشرفين التربويين العمل على التقليل من طرائق التدريس التقليدية والعمل على تفعيل طرائق التدريس الحديثة في التعليم العام.
This study aims at revealing the reality of using the teaching methods in the general education in Khartoum Locality. Also to stand at the use of the modern methods of teaching by the teachers and the results of this usage. The researcher, and according to his previous experience as an academic and educational supervisor for both stages, the basic and the secondary and the peer group teaching at the educational faculties, he is sure that most teachers utilize the traditional methods in teaching such as lecture method, hence, filling the students' minds with more knowledge, so they got bored of repetition and routine The researcher in this study endeavours to encourage the teachers to use the modern technologies and the modern methods of teaching. Some of the modern methods of teaching such as: Brain storming, critical thinking, cooperative learning, work project with emphasis on programmed learning. The developed countries have started to use the Committees Method, which is composed of small groups, so the individual differences will be minimized and other educational problems solved. Also the project and problems solving methods were used. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach being more suitable for this study. The tool of this study is the interview with inspectors and educational supervisors, numbered ten and twenty consecutively. They are both the sample of this study. He also used observation by visiting a number of schools. The most important findings of this study are: The use of modern strategies in teaching especially programmed learning, increase the teacher’s performance and competency. The modern strategies in teaching help in making any subject easy to grasp with more interest to the students. The modern strategies in teaching increase the students' motivation and this can lead to increase the educational achievement. The programmed learning is a means of self- Instruction that makes learning is to be done in a free way, according to the students’ abilities and speed, and the learning will stay in mind for a long time. The inspectors' and educational supervisors’ attitudes towards the modern strategies in learning are positive. The most important recommendations are: It is necessary to use the modern strategies in teaching in general education in Khartoum locality and others, the educational offices, schools, many Academic supervisors and educational ones have to encourage teachers to use these modern methods of teaching to improve the Performance of a teacher in teaching. Supervisors and educational supervisors have to minimize the use of the traditional methods in teaching and to activate using the modern methods of teaching.
