المستخلص: The study aimed to find out the relationship between the educational communication of the teacher within the school with the principal, teachers, and students. In our research, we have focused on the interaction between the teacher and his students in the classroom as an interactive process with psychological and social dimensions. Then we looked for the relationship between this communication as an interactive process with the adequacy of teaching.
We have concluded, by presenting the most important theories and studies, that the competent teacher is the one who is distinguished with excellent performance. He is the one who can build interactive human relationships with his students in the classroom. The adequacy of teaching is not limited to the good conduct of the lesson. It goes beyond that to what is called adequacy of communication. It is through this competence that the teacher can know and understand the needs of the students.

Cette étude a pour objectif de connaitre la relation qui existe entre la communication éducative qu’effectue l’enseignant au sein de l’école avec le Directeur, les autres enseignants ou les élèves en classe. Nous avons focalisé notre étude sur cette communication existant, surtout, entre l’enseignant et ses élèves en classe tout en la considérant comme une action interactive ayant des dimensions psychologiques et sociales. D’autant plus, nous avons cherché la relation entre cette communication étant une action interactive avec la compétence de l’enseignement
Nous avons conclut à travers des théories et des études prenant objet d’étude la communication éducatives que l’enseignant compétent est celui qui instaure ces relations humaines et interactives entre ses élèves en classe. Car la compétence de l’enseignement ne dépend pas, seulement, de la bonne gestion d’un cours en classe, mais, elle dépend, également, à ce que l’on appelle la compétence de communication. Du coup, et, à travers, cette compétence, l’enseignant sera capable de comprendre et répondre aux attentes des élèves.

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة الموجودة بين التواصل التربوي الذي يقوم به المعلم داخل المدرسة مع المدير و المعلمين و التلاميذ و قد ركّزنا في دراستنا على ذلك التواصل الذي يتم بين المعلم و تلاميذه داخل الصف الدراسي باعتباره عملية تفاعلية ذات ألعاد نفسية واجتماعية ، ثم البحث عن العلاقة بين هذا التواصل كعملية تفاعلية مع كفاية التدريس .
و قد استنتجنا من خلال عرضنا لأهم النظريات و الدراسات ، أن المعلم الكفء هو الذي يتميز بأداء جيد و هو الذي يستطيع أن يبني علاقات إنسانية تفاعلية مع تلاميذه داخل الصف . فكفاية التدريس لا يقتصر مفهومها على التسيير الجيد للدرس ، إنّما هي تتعدى ذلك إلى ما يسمى كفاية التواصل ، فمن خلال هذه الكفاية يستطيع المعلم فهم و إدراك احتياجات التلاميذ
