المستخلص: يمثل الهيكل التنظيمي محددا تنظيميا هاما للسلوك وعنصرا أساسيا في تنميته، حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن: الدور الذي يلعبه الهيكل التنظيمي في تحديد العلاقات ألتنظيمية ومساهمته في تشكيل هذا السلوك وعن دوره في توجيه السلوك التنظيمي في المؤسسة. أين أجريت هذه الدراسة في مؤسسة مناجم حديد الشرق على عينة بلغت (112) مفردة، وباستعمال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأداة استمارة بحث، وبتطبيق برنامج "SPSS"، مع مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية، مرتبطة بـ كاي تربيع، وأكدت نتائج اختبار الفرضيات وتحليل بيانات هذه الدراسة أن الهيكل التنظيمي يتحكم بعلاقات الأفراد داخل المؤسسة، وأنه يساهم بشكل كبير في تشكيل السلوك التنظيمي، وأن الهيكل التنظيمي يساهم في توجيه سلوك الأفراد.

The organizational structure is considered an Important determinant of behavior and essential element of its development, where this study aims to uncover the role of the organizational structure in determination of organizational relationship and his participation in shaping behavior his role in directing individuals behavior, where was this study conducted in (Mines de Fer de l’Est.) on a sample times 112 singles, by using the descriptive analytical method and using the search form tool, and applying the SPSS statistical program, with a set of statistical methods as a bursson coefficient (to measure degrees of relevance and independence,) or it is called CHI-squared, with its elements. The results of hypothesis test and study data confirmed the role of the organizational structure in determination of organizational relationship, and its participation in shaping behavior, and directing behavior.

La structure organisationnelle représente un déterminant important du comportement organisationnelle, et un élément essentiel de son développements Ou cette étude vise l’objectif de relever le rôle de La structure dans la détermination des relations , et sa participation en formation de comportement ,ainsi que son rôle dans l’orientation de ce comportement , cette étude a été effectuée a la société des (MFE) sur un échantillon de (112) travailleurs ,en utilisant la méthode analytique descriptive et l’ outil « questionnaire de recherche », et en appliquant le programme statistique SPSS avec un ensemble de méthodes statistiques tel que (chi carré ). les résultats d’examen des hypothèses ont confirmés le rôle de la structure organisationnelle dans la détermination des relations et sa participation a la formation de comportement ainsi que l’orientation de comportement dans l’organisation.
