|a استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة ممارسة الإدارة المدرسية لاستراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة في المدارس الثانوية للبنات بالأحساء حسب نموذج أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة DLOQ، والكشف عما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط تقديرات المشرفات التربويات والمعلمات لدرجة ممارسة الإدارة المدرسية لاستراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة وفقا لمتغيري طبيعة العمل وسنوات الخدمة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطوير استبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة تألفت من (560) من المشرفات التربويات والمعلمات. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة الإدارة المدرسية لاستراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة في المدارس الثانوية للبنات بالأحساء حسب نموذج أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة DOLQ جاءت بدرجة عالية، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول درجة ممارسة الإدارة المدرسية لاستراتيجيات المنظمة المتعلمة في جميع المجالات تعزى لمتغيري طبيعة العمل وسنوات الخدمة، ما عدا مجال القيادة الاستراتيجية الداعمة للتعلم، حيث وجدت فروق تعزى لمتغير طبيعة العمل لصالح المعلمات.
|b The study aimed to identify the degree of school administration practice of the strategies of the learning organization in secondary schools for girls in Al-Ahsa according to the dimensions of the learning organization model (DLOQ), and to reveal whether there were statistically significant differences in the average estimates of the educational supervisors and teachers of the degree of school administration practice of the strategies of the learning organization according to the variables of the nature of work and years of work. The service, and the researcher used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was developed to collect data from a sample of (560) educational supervisors and teachers. The results of the study concluded that the degree of school administration practice of the strategies of the learning organization in secondary schools for girls in Al-Ahsa according to the DOLQ dimensions model came to a high degree, and that there are no statistically significant differences about the degree of school administration practice of the strategies of the learning organization in all fields due to the variables of the nature of work and years The service, except for the field of strategic leadership that supports learning, where there were differences due to the variable nature of work in favor of the female teachers.
