المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تحديد مدى امتلاك طلبة قسم إدارة الأعمال بكلية الاقتصاد في جامعة طرطوس للمهارات الريادية (الشخصية، التقنية والفنية، الإدارية، القيادية). اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وشمل مجتمع البحث جميع طلبة قسم إدارة الأعمال بكلية الاقتصاد في جامعة طرطوس، والبالغ عددهم (129) طالب وطالبة، موزعين بين السنتين الثالثة والرابعة، حيث بلغ عدد طلاب السنة الثالثة (77) طالب وطالبة، و(52) طالب وطالبة في السنة الرابعة. ونظرا لصغر حجم مجتمع البحث اعتمدت الباحثة طريقة الحصر الشامل، حيث تم توزيع الاستبانة "أداة البحث" على جميع الطلاب، وتم استبعاد (4) استبانات لعدم صلاحيتها للتحليل الإحصائي، وبذلك بلغ عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للدراسة (125) استبانة، أظهرت نتائج البحث أن درجة امتلاك طلبة قسم إدارة الأعمال بكلية الاقتصاد في جامعة طرطوس للمهارات الريادية كانت بدرجة كبيرة وبأهمية نسبية (75.47%)، وقد جاء ترتيب هذه المهارات وفق الآتي: المهارات الريادية الشخصية في المرتبة الأولى، تليها المهارات الريادية القيادية في المرتبة الثانية، تليها المهارات الريادية الإدارية في المرتبة الثالثة، تليها المهارات الريادية التقنية والفنية في المرتبة الرابعة والأخيرة.

The aim of the research is to determine the extent to which students of the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics at Tartous University possess entrepreneurial skills (personal, technical, technical, administrative, and leadership). The research relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and the research community included all the students of the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics at Tartous University, which numbered 129 male and female students, distributed between the third and fourth years, where the number of third-year students was (77) male and female, and (52) A student in the fourth year. Due to the small size of the research community, the researcher adopted the comprehensive inventory method, where the questionnaire “research tool” was distributed to all students, and (4) questionnaires were excluded because they were not suitable for statistical analysis, thus the number of valid questionnaires for the study reached (125). The results of the research showed that the degree to which the students of the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics at Tartous University possessed entrepreneurial skills were of a large degree and of relative importance (75.47%). Followed by entrepreneurial administrative skills in the third place, followed by technical and technical leadership skills in the fourth and last place.
