المستخلص: سعى البحث الحالي للكشف عن درجة توافر متطلبات التعليم الريادي في برنامج الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، وتعرف الفروق تبعاً للجنس والقسم والمرتبة العلمية وسنوات الخبرة. وقد تم التطبيق على جميع أفراد العينة المؤلفة من (53) عضو هيئة تدريسية في كلية التربية بجامعة تشرين، اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي، واستخدم البحث مقياس متطلبات التعليم الريادي من إعداد الباحث. وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن مستوى توافر متطلبات التعليم الريادي في برنامج الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية كان متوسطاً في درجته الكلية وعلى كل من محوري (المتطلبات التشريعية والإدارية، المتطلبات الفنية والبشرية)، بينما جاء مستوى توافر محور المتطلبات المالية والتجهيزية منخفضاً، كما تبين عدم وجود فرق من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بدرجة توافر متطلبات التعليم الريادي في برنامج الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس والقسم الذي يتبع له المدرس، بينما تبين وجود فروق بينهم تبعاً للمرتبة العلمية لصالح مرتبة أستاذ ومدرس متأصل، كما تبين وجود فروق بينهم تبعاً لسنوات الخبرة لصالح سنوات الخبرة الأكثر من ست سنوات.

The current research sought to reveal the degree of availability of entrepreneurial education requirements in the graduate program in the College of Education from the point of view of faculty members, and to identify differences according to gender, department, academic rank, and years of experience. It was applied to all members of the sample, which consisted of (53) faculty members in the College of Education at Tishreen University. The research followed the descriptive approach, and the research used a measure of the requirements for entrepreneurial education prepared by the researcher. And The results of the research showed that the level of availability of the requirements for entrepreneurial education in the graduate program in the College of Education from the point of view of faculty members was average in its overall score and on both axes (legislative and administrative requirements, technical and human requirements), while the level of availability of the axis of financial and equipment requirements was low. It was also shown that there is no difference from the point of view of faculty members in the degree of availability of requirements for entrepreneurial education in the graduate program in the College of Education depending on the variables of gender and the department to which the teacher belongs. While it was found that there were differences between them according to academic rank in favor of the rank of full professor and teacher, it was also found that there were differences between them according to years of experience in favor of years of experience of more than six years.
