المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة بناء برنامج قائم على البلاغة القرآنية لتنمية المفاهيم البلاغية وأبعاد الحس الجمالي للطلاب المعلمين تخصص اللغة العربية؛ ولتحقيق الهدف السابق أعد الباحث قائمة بالمفاهيم البلاغية اللازمة للطلاب المعلمين تخصص اللغة العربية، وأخرى لأبعاد الحس الجمالي، كما أعد الباحث اختبارا لقياس المفاهيم البلاغية، تكون من (٥٨) مفردة وضعت لقياس (٢٩) مفهوما بلاغيا فرعيا، وتم التحقق من صدقه وثباته، وأعد مقياسا لأبعاد الحس الجمالي، وتكون المقياس من (٤٨) مفردة وضعت لقياس خمسة أبعاد رئيسة للحس الجمالي وتم ضبط المقياس ضبطا علميا، كما أعد الباحث برنامج قائما على البلاغة القرآنية للطلاب المعلمين تخصص اللغة العربية، وتم تطبيقه على عينة بلغ عددها (٧٣) طالبا. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن فاعلية البرنامج القائم على البلاغة القرآنية في تنمية المفاهيم البلاغية ككل وتنميتها في كل مفهوم بفرعي كل على حدة، وكذلك تنميته لأبعاد الحس الجمالي ككل وفي كل بعد من أبعاده الخمسة، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة عند مستوى 0.01 بين تنمية المفاهيم البلاغية وتنمية أبعاد الحس الجمالي لدى الطلاب المعلمين، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحديد السمات التأسيسية للمفاهيم البلاغية حتى يتسنى لهم تمييز بعضها من بعض وتضمين أبعاد الحس الجمالي في مقررات الأدب والنقد والبلاغة، وضرورة تدريب معلم الطالب الجامعي على الاستراتيجيات الحديثة.

The study targeted building a program based on the Quranic rhetoric for developing the rhetorical concepts and the Dimensions of Aesthetic Sense among student teachers specialization in Arabic language, in order to achieve this goal, the researcher prepared a list of the rhetorical concepts necessary for students who teach Arabic language, and others for the dimensions of aesthetic sense, consist (58) items for measuring (29) sub- rhetorical concepts, and verifying validity and reliability, and prepared a scale for the dimensions of aesthetic sense, and the scale of (48) items to measure five dimensions of the head of aesthetic sense and the scale was scientifically controlled, and the researcher prepared a program based on Qur'anic rhetoric to develop the rhetorical concepts and the Dimensions of Aesthetic Sense for student teachers specialization in Arabic language, and applied to a sample of 73 students. The results of the study resulted in the effectiveness of the program based on Qur'anic rhetoric in the development of the rhetorical concepts as a whole and their development in each sub- rhetorical concepts, as well as its development the dimension of aesthetic sense as a whole and in each sub- dimension of the five dimensions, and the study concluded that there is a positive correlation at the level of 0.01 Between the development of rhetorical concepts and the development of the dimensions of aesthetic sense among the teacher students, the study recommended the need to define the foundational features of rhetorical concepts so that they can differentiate each other and include the dimensions of aesthetic sense in the courses of literature, criticism and rhetoric, and the need to train the teacher of the university student on Modern strategies.
