|b This paper examines the impact of the Court of Cassation’s judgment to dismiss several decisions taken by the Ministers of Justice (DEMJ) on the grounds that the employment procedures were unlawful. The ruling had a great impact on the fate of 560 employees that were appointed according to procedures executed by the DEMJ. The judgment started intense discussions between legal experts in regards to the legal status of the dismissed experts, the legality of their actions, the responsibility for the stated violations, as well as other important aspects in connection with the court jurisdiction. This study sheds light on this unprecedented decision, answers vital questions, and offers legal solutions.
