|a تهدف الورقة إلى إعداد قائمة علمية بمعايير جودة الإشراف العلمي على طلبة الدراسات العليا بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال. وتقويم مدى مراعاة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمعايير جودة الإشراف العلمي على طلبة الدراسات العليا بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال -من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا. وتعرف الفرق بين وجهات نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا (ماجستير / دكتوراه) بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال في مدى مراعاة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمعايير جودة الإشراف العلمي عليهم. كما أن الورقة تعتبر محاولة لتطوير متطلبات تحديث العمل الجامعي على مستوى البحث العلمي. وأهمية البحث العلمي باعتباره إحدى الوظائف المهمة التي ينبغي أن يقوم بأدائها أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة. مع محاولة معالجة القصور الكمى والكيفي والتي أشارت إليها بعض الدراسات السابقة في نوعية البرامج المقدمة لإعداد وتنمية قدرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ومن ثم مقابلة الحاجة إلى برامج تدريبية من قبل مختصين تراعى احتياجات المشرفين على الرسائل العلمية من شباب أعضاء هيئة التدريس. -إمكانية الاستفادة بنتائج هذه الدراسة في تطوير وتنمية القدرات الخاصة بالإشراف العلمي بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال بالجامعات المصرية والعربية. إضافة أداة علمية جديدة للمكتبة العربية لتحديد معايير جودة الإشراف العلمي على طلبة الدراسات العليا بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال.
|b Education The paper aims to 1-Preparing a scientific list of standards for the quality of scientific supervision on postgraduate students in kindergarten departments and colleges. And evaluating the extent to which faculty members observe the quality standards of scientific supervision on postgraduate students in kindergarten departments and colleges - from the point of view of postgraduate students. Postgraduate studies (Masters/PhD) in kindergarten departments and colleges in the extent to which faculty members observe the quality standards of scientific supervision. The paper is also an attempt to develop the requirements of modernizing university work at the level of scientific research. And the importance of scientific research as one of the important functions that should be performed by faculty members at the university. And an attempt to address the quantitative and qualitative shortcomings, which were indicated by some previous studies, in the quality of the programs offered to prepare and develop the capabilities of faculty members, and then meet the need for training programs by specialists that take into account the needs of the supervisors of theses from the young faculty members. The possibility of benefiting from the results of this study in developing the capabilities of scientific supervision in kindergarten departments and colleges in Egyptian and Arab universities. Adding a new scientific tool to the Arab Library to determine the quality standards of scientific supervision for postgraduate students in kindergarten departments and colleges.
