The objective of this study is to evaluate the reality of the degree of job satisfaction of the Technical and Service Administrative Agents within the university establishment and to show the main sources of dissatisfaction identified in this survey. The results show that the characteristics are much more related to organizational climate and management. Cette étude a pour objectif d’évaluer la réalité du degré de satisfaction professionnelle des agents Administratifs Techniques et de Services au sein de l’établissement universitaire et de montrer les principales sources d’insatisfaction recensées au cours de cette enquête. Les résultats montrent que les caractéristiques sont liées beaucoup plus au climat organisationnel et à l’encadrement. |
