Due to the importance of professional development for faculty staff and researchers in the different fields, the mission of the Faculty and Leadership Development Center (FLDC), Banha University was directed towards providing them quality training programs that meet their needs and acquaint them with many areas of professional development. Faculty staff and researchers have the opportunity to select training programs they prefer to attend, besides, some training programs are compulsory. As a part of quality assurance, this study aimed at evaluating the training programs at the FLDC, Banha University from the viewpoint of the stakeholders, mainly, faculty staff and researchers. A questionnaire was designed for evaluating the training programs. It included seven dimensions: program aims, content, methods and strategies of teaching, instructional aids, the logistics, the trainers and methods of evaluating the training programs. A total of 190 participants from 14 faculties of Banha University responded to the questionnaire. Overall data analysis indicates the participants are satisfies with the training programs provided by the FLDC.
