المستخلص: استهدف البحث الحالي وضع مقترحات لتلبية متطلبات تطبيق القيادة الريادية بمدارس التعليم الثانوي الصناعي في محافظة الفيوم، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (٦١) عبارة موجهة لعينة قوامها (٢١٠) من المعلمين والوكلاء والمديرين في المدارس المستهدفة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: أن واقع تطبيق أبعاد القيادة الريادية لمديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي الصناعي في محافظة الفيوم في مجملها جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، حيث بلغ الوسط الحسابي لبعد الرؤية الاستراتيجية (١,٧٨)، ولبعد الإبداع (1,64)، ولبعد الاستقلالية (١,٧٣)، ولبعد المبادأة/ التنافسية (1,69)، ولبعد استثمار الفرص (١,٨)، ولبعد تحمل المخاطر (١,٦٣)، كما أظهرت النتائج أن مركزية الإدارة الشديدة ومحدودية تفويض السلطة، ونقص الإمكانات المادية والمالية، والبعد عن المجازفة خوفا من الفشل، وندرة الحوافز المادية والمعنوية للإبداع والريادة، هي من أبرز معوقات تطبيق القيادة الريادية بمدارس التعليم الثانوي الصناعي في محافظة الفيوم، وتوصل البحث إلى وضع مجموعة من المقترحات لتلبية متطلبات تطبيق القيادة الريادية في هذه المدارس، وذلك من خلال العمل على نشر الفكر الريادي، وتطوير التشريعات المنظمة للعمل، وتطوير الهيكل التنظيمي والسياسات الإدارية، وتطوير طبيعة العمل الإداري، وتدعيم العلاقات والاتصال والتواصل، علاوة على تطوير البنية التكنولوجية، ووضع أنظمة للحوافز والمكافآت، والاهتمام بتطوير الموارد البشرية والمادية والمالية.

The current research aimed at developing proposals to meet the requirements of the application of entrepreneurial leadership in industrial secondary schools in Fayoum Governorate. The research used the descriptive approach. To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (61) items was prepared for a sample of (210) teachers, vice-principals and principals in the targeted schools. The study had several results, the most important ones are: that the reality of applying the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership for principals of industrial secondary schools in Fayoum governorate are carried out at a medium degree (the arithmetic average for strategic vision dimension is 1.78, for the creativity dimension 1.64, for the independence dimension 1.73, for the initiative/competitiveness dimension 1.69, for opportunity investment dimension is 1.8, and for risk tolerance dimension is 1.63). The results also showed that there are some obstacles to the application of entrepreneurial leadership in industrial secondary schools in Fayoum Governorate such as; the centralization of management, the limited delegation of authority, the lack of facilities and financial capabilities, the avoidance of risks for fear of failure, and the scarcity of incentives for creativity and leadership. This study proposed some mechanisms to achieve the requirements for the application of entrepreneurial leadership in these schools such as; the dissemination of entrepreneurial thought, the development of legislations regulating work, the development of the organizational structure and administrative policies, the development of the mechanisms of administrative work, the strengthening of relations, communication, in addition to the development of the technological infrastructure, and the development of systems Incentives and rewards, and giving more attention to the development of human, material and financial resources.
