المستخلص: استهدف البحث الحالي دراسة العلاقة بين تنمية بعض مهارات إدارة الحياة لدي المرأة بالتوافق الأسري، واتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (٣٠٠) امرأة من مستويات تعليمية واقتصادية مختلفة داخل محافظة، واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على استمارة البيانات العامة للأسرة، استبيان مهارات إدارة الحياة، واستبيان التوافق الأسرى، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن ما يلي: وجود فروق ذات دلالة الوعي ببعض مهارات إدارة الحياة إحصائيا بين المرأة عين الدراسة الأساسية في درجة الوعي بالتوافق الأسرى تبعا لمتغير وفقا لمدة الحياة الزوجية لصالح الحياة الزوجية ١٥ سنة فأكثر، ووفقا لمستوى تعليم الزوجين لصالح التعليم العالي مع باقي مستويات التعليم، وفقا لمتوسط الدخل الشهري للأسرة لصالح المستوى العالي مع باقي الفئات الأخرى، وفقا لمهنة الزوج لصالح المهنة الحكومي مع باقي المهن الأخرى، وفقا لعدد أفراد الأسرة لصالح أقل من ٤أفراد مع باقي الفئات الأخرى، ووفقا لعمل الزوجة وكانت النتيجة لصالح العاملات، ووفقا لمكان سكن الأسرة وكانت لصالح سكان الحض، ووفقا للسن وكانت لصالح ٤٥ سنة فأكثر، وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين بعض محاور مهارات إدارة الحياة وبين التوافق بين الزوجين، بينما توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين بعض مهارات إدارة الحياة، مع محاور التوافق الأسرى (التوافق بين الإباء والأبناء، والتوافق بين الأبناء وبعضهم البعض)، وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين بعض مهارات إدارة الحياة ومجموع المقياس وبين متغيرات الدراسة قيد البحث عند مستوى دالة 0.01، وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين محاور التوافق الأسري ومجموع المقياس وبين متغيرات الدراسة قيد البحث حيث تراوحت قيمة دال عند مستوى 0.01، أن بعض متغيرات البحث تؤثر على التوافق الأسري، حيت يتضح أن تعليم الزوجة كانت أكثر وأهم المتغيرات التي أثرت على التوافق الأسري حيث بلغت نسبة المشاركة 0.642% يليه تعليم الزوج بنسبة مشاركة بلغت 0.527% يليه مهارة اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات بنسبة مشاركة 0.418% يليه مهارة الاتصال الفعال بنسبة مشاركة 0.361% يليه مدة الحياة الزوجية بنسبة مشاركة 0.273% يليه عدد أفراد الأسرة بنسبة مشاركة 0.216% وأخير مهارة ترشيد الاستهلاك بنسبة مشاركة 0.148%.

The current research aimed to study the relationship between the development of some life management skills for women in family harmony, and this study followed the descriptive approach and the basic study sample consisted of (300) women from different education and economic levels within Assiut Governorate, the minimum spring representing the basic sample. The study tools include a general family data form, a life management skills questionnaire, a family harmony questionnaire, and a counseling program to educate women about some life management skills and its relationship to family harmony. The results of the study resulted in the following there are statisticay significant defenses in some life management skills for the study sample woman and the degree of awareness of captivity according to the variable duration of married life, and it was in favor of more than 15 years. and according to the educational level of the spouses in favor of the higher educational level with the rest of the education levels, and according to the average monthly income of the family in favor of the high monthly income, and according to the profession of the husband in favor of the government sector, and according to the number of family members in favor of less than 4 members ,and according to the educational level of the spouses in favor of the higher educational level with the rest of the education levels ,and according to the average monthly income of the family in favor of the high monthly income, and according to the profession of the husband in favor of the government sector, and according to the number of family members in favor of less than 4 members, and according to the wife's work for the benefit of the female workers, and according to the families' place of residence and it was in favor, there is a statistically significant negative correlation between some life management skills and the compatibility between spouses while there is a positive correlation between life management skills and (compatibility between parents and children and each other), and there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between life management skills and the total scale and between the variables of the study under study at the level of function0.,01 there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between the family compatibility axe and the total cale and between the variable of the study under consideration at the level of stariscal function 0.01 It is clear that the wife’s education was the most important and the most important variable that affected the family harmony, where the participation rate was 0,642% , followed by the husband’s education with a participation rate of 0,527%, followed by the skill of decision – making and problem solving with a participation rate of 0,418%,followed by the skill of effective communication with a participation rate of 0,361% percent , followed by the duration of married life with a participation rate of 0,273%, followed by the numbers with family members a with participation rate of 0,216%, and finally the skill of rationalizing consumption with a participation rate of 0,148%.
