المستخلص: تناولت الدراسة العلاقة بين إدارة الوثائق ونظم المعلومات في ضوء الأهداف والمهام المشتركة بينهما، ثم استعرضت مراحل تطوير نظم المعلومات - للحاجة الماسة إليها - كي تنتقل من الأساليب التقليدية (اليدوية) إلى النظم الإلكترونية في إطار التوجه العام للدولة نحو التحول الرقمي، وركزت الدراسة على إحدى مراحل التطوير وهي تحليل النظم لما يربطها بالوثائق من علاقات قد حرصت الدراسة على بيانها لاستجلاء أهميتها، كما عرضت لأهم أساليب التحليل المناسبة لطبيعة الوثائق والتي تبناها المعيار الدولي (26122:2008 ISO) الخاص بتحليل الأعمال الأرشيفية: وهما التحليل الوظيفي والتحليل التسلسلي لاعتبارهما ركيزتا التحليل وأساسا لما يعقيهما من إجراءات، كما عرفت الدراسة بأهم الأدوات التي يعتمد عليها التحليل. مع عرض الأمثلة والرسوم والجداول للتوضيح، ومن أهم النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة إضافة مهام جديدة إلى مسئولي الوثائق في الأجهزة الإدارية؛ على رأسها المشاركة في مرحلة إنشاء الوثائق وتحديد محتواها من البيانات وضبط دورتها المستندية، حيث لم يعد دوره قاصرا على مجرد جمع الوثائق وحفظها ومعالجتها وتقديمها للمستفيدين منها: بل صار مشاركا في صناعة المحتوى ومسئولا عن تنفيذ عمليات التحديث لمنظومة الوثائق لتلبية الاحتياجات المستجدة، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في جمع المعلومات وتبويبها وعرض النتائج.

The study dealt with the relationship between records management and information systems within the framework of their common goals and tasks, and it reviewed the stages of developing systems for the need to transform from traditional (manual) methods to electronic systems for the general orientation to the state towards a digital transformation, The study focused on one of the development stages, which is system analysis because of the importance of the relationship with the records. It also presented the most important methods of analysis which is suitable for records that have been adopted by the international standard (ISO 26122: 2008) for the analysis of archival work. Functional analysis and Sequential analysis are the basis for their analysis work, The study also introduces the most important tools on which the analysis depends, with examples, drawings and tables for clarification the analysis processes, Among the most important results of the study is the addition of new tasks to records officials in administrative agencies, On top of that, participation in the document creation stage, specifying its data content and controlling its documentary cycle, His role is no longer limited to merely collecting, preserving, processing and presenting documents to the beneficiaries, Rather, he became a participant in the content creation and responsible for implementing updates processes for the records system to achieve emerging needs. The study relied on a descriptive approach in collecting information, classifying it and presenting the results.
