المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على دور الجامعة في تنمية وتطوير قدرات الطلاب الموهوبين. وتنتمي هذه الدراسة "للدراسات الوصفية التحليلية" حيث تقوم برصد دور الجامعة في تنمية قدرات الطلاب الموهوبين؛ بذلك من خلال استخدام أداة دليل المقابلة لدراسة عينة من طلاب الجامعة الموهوبين بجامعة طنطا بكليات الآداب والزراعة والهندسة باستخدام استمارة دليل المقابلة ودراسة الحالة، وعلى بعض المسئولين عن رعاية الموهوبين باستخدام دليل المقابلة. أظهرت الدراسة أن الجامعة باعتبارها مؤسسة تعليمية اجتماعية ليست مقتصره على تقديم المادة العلمية فقط بل تعمل على استكمال دور الأسرة وترك بصمة اجتماعية لدي الطالب فعملت على التأثير بشكل إيجابي على الطلاب الموهوبين سواء على شخصيتهم أو موهبتهم فأدي ذلك إلي زيادة الثقة بأنفسهم والتمسك بحلمهم. حيث أثبت الدراسة أن المسئولين (رعاية الشباب) أدركوا أهمية اكتشاف الموهبة والعمل على تنميتها لملاحظة مدي تأثير الموهبة على الطالب الذي يملك هذه الموهبة بالإيجاب على شخصيتهم وعلى دراستهم حيث قاموا بحصر الموهوبين وكانت من إحدى الطرق المستخدمة في حصر الموهوبين توزيع استمارة على الطلاب لكي يذكروا نوع الموهبة التي يمتلكونها وبعدها يتم وضع خطه لكيفية التعامل مع هذه المواهب. تبين الدراسة إن الرعاية المقدمة من الكلية لرعاية الموهوبين هي تقديم الدعم المادي والمعنوي وإقامة الأنشطة لممارسة موهبتهم فالدعم المادي يتمثل في الميزانية المخصصة لهم بتوفير الأدوات والإمكانيات اللازمة في عرض موهبتهم وأيضا تقديم المكافآت والجوائز للموهوب، والدعم المعنوي في التشجيع والتوجيه. كما أوضحت الدراسة تبين الدراسة أن الأدوار التي تقوم بها الكلية في اكتشاف المواهب فتمثلت في إرسال إخطار إلى إدارة الجامعة بالمواهب المختلفة ويتم عمل مسابقات بين الكليات داخل الجامعة ونجد أن هناك تعاون بين الإدارة العامة مع وزارة الشباب والرياضة مباشرا. كما أن هناك الدعم المادي في حدود الميزانية تقدم للموهوبين. بالإضافة إلى الأنشطة التي تقام من قبل الجامعة لكي يتطلعوا على كل ما هو جديد في طرق اكتشاف الموهبة ورعايتهم فيتم إقامة مسابقات بين الكليات داخل الجامعة وكذلك تقديم الدعم المادي.

The study aimed to identify the role of the university in developing the capabilities of talented students. This study belongs to the "descriptive and analytical studies" as it monitors the role of the university in developing the abilities of gifted students. And that is through using the interview guide tool to study a sample of talented university students at Tanta University in the Faculties of Arts, Agriculture and Engineering using the interview guide form and the case study, and some of those responsible for caring for the gifted have to use the interview guide. The study showed that the university, as a social educational institution, is not limited to providing scientific material only, but rather works to complete the role of the family and leave a social imprint on the student. It has worked to positively influence talented students, whether on their personality or talent, which led to an increase in confidence in themselves and adhering to their dream. Where the study proved that officials (youth care) realized the importance of discovering talent and working to develop it to notice the extent of the talent’s impact on the student who possesses this talent positively on their personality and on their studies. The talent they possess and then a plan is drawn up for how to deal with these talents. The study shows that the care provided by the college for the care of the gifted is to provide material and moral support and establish activities to practice their talent. The financial support is represented in the budget allocated to them by providing the necessary tools and capabilities to display their talent, as well as providing rewards and prizes for the talented, and moral support in motivation, encouragement and guidance. The study also indicated that the study shows that the roles played by the college in discovering talents were represented in sending a notification to the university administration of different talents, competitions are held between colleges within the university, and we find that there is cooperation between the public administration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports directly. There is also financial support within the budget limits provided to the talented. In addition to the activities that are held by the university in order to be informed of everything new in the ways of discovering and nurturing talent, competitions are held between faculties within the university, as well as providing financial support.
