يهدف بحثا إلى اختبار صحة العلاقة النظرية بين: الضغط النفسي والقلق والاكتئاب والاحتراق النفسي، كما يوضحها النموذج المقترح في هذا البحث وبالتالي التوصل إلى نموذج يحدد أثر بعض المتغيرات الهامة في الاحتراق النفسي وذلك في ضوء ما تعكسه بيانات البحث. حيث ضمت عينتنا مجموعة من المفحوصين والتي قدر عددها ب 246 فرد من الممرضين والممرضات العاملين والعاملات بالقطاع الصحي بمدينة قسنطينة وميلة، منهم (87 ذكور و 159 إناث) واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التنبؤي كما استعنا في هاته الدراسة ب (أ) مقياس الضغط النفسي والقلق والاكتئاب (DASS 21) (ب) مقياس الاحتراق النفسي لــــ "ماسلاك" و"جاكسون" (MBI- HSS).كما أستخدمنا أسلوب تحليل المسار في التعرف على اتجاهات التأثير بين متغيرات البحث من خلال نموذج سبببى، وتوصلنا في هاته الدراسة إلى أن التأثير المباشر للضغط النفسي في الأعراض الاكتئابية يختلف عن التأثير غير المباشر، وعلى الرغم من أن التأثير المباشر كان دال إحصائيا وعدم دلالة التأثير غير المباشر للضغوط النفسية في الأعراض الاكتئابية بعد توسط الاحتراق النفسي، مما يعنى أن الاحتراق النفسي لا يلعب دور توسطي mediating في العلاقة بين الضغوط النفسية والأعراض الاكتئابية، وعلى العكس من ذلك فإن التأثير غير المباشر للضغوط النفسية في الأعراض الاكتئابية بعد توسط القلق النفسي كان دال إحصائيا مما يعنى أن القلق النفسي يلعب دور توسطي mediating في العلاقة بين الضغوط النفسية والأعراض الاكتئابية، وبالرغم من أن قيم التأثير غير المباشر كانت ضعيفة وغير دالة بين الاحتراق النفسي والاكتئاب كما حددها الباحثان، إلا أن هذا التأثير كان غير دال بعكس ما حدده الفرض، وبالتالي يتحقق فرض الدراسة جزئيا. This research aims to test the validity of the theoretical relationship between the following four variables: psychological pressure, anxiety, depression and psychological combustion, as illustrated by the proposed model in this research, and thus arrive at a model that determines the impact of some important variables on psychological combustion in light of what it reflects Search data. Also, in this research, a method of path analysis was used in identifying the influence trends between the search variables through a causal model, and we found in this study that the direct effect of pressure The psychological impact of depressive symptoms differs from the indirect effect, and although the direct effect was statistically significant and the indirect effect of psychological pressures in depressive symptoms after mediating psychological combustion, which means that psychological combustion does not play a mediating role in the relationship between psychological stress and symptoms Depression, on the contrary, the indirect effect of psychological stress on depressive symptoms after mediating psychological anxiety was statistically significant, which means that psychological anxiety plays a mediating role in the relationship between psychological stress and depressive symptoms, although the indirect effect values were weak and A function between psychological combustion and depression as identified by the researchers, but this effect was not significant contrary to what was determined by the hypothesis, and thus the study hypothesis was not partially achieved Cette recherche vise à tester la validité de la relation théorique entre les quatre variables suivantes: pression psychologique, anxiété, dépression et combustion psychologique, comme l'illustre le modèle proposé dans cette recherche, et ainsi arriver à un modèle qui détermine l'impact de certaines variables importantes sur la combustion psychologique à la lumière de ce qu'elle reflète Rechercher des données.
