المستخلص: بعد أن بدأ الضعف يدب في أهل العربية، ويصعب عليهم ضبطها وإتقانها، كان لا بد من تبسيط مبادئها وتقريبها للمتعلمين والدارسين لها، ولما كان حفظ القرآن الكريم وتلاوته من أعظم ما يعين على تعلم اللغة العربية واكتساب ملكاتها اللسانية، وتنمية مهاراتها، فقد اعتنى العلماء بتأليف ما يسهل على متعلم القرآن الكريم سلامة النطق بالحروف والكلمات العربية بمختلف حركاتها، ومن ذلك (القاعدة النورانية)، ويتناول هذا البحث إشكالية بيان أثر تعليم القاعدة النورانية في تعليم اللغة العربية، ودور وسائل التقنية الحديثة في تعليمها، ويهدف إلى التعريف بالقاعدة النورانية، وبمؤلفها رحمه الله، وطريقته فيها، وبيان أثر القاعدة النورانية في تعليم اللغة العربية، وإيضاح دور التقنية الحديثة في تعليم القاعدة النورانية، وذكر أهم الوسائل المستخدمة في ذلك، ويعتمد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. ومن أهم نتائجه: الارتباط الوثيق بين حفظ القرآن الكريم وتلاوته وتعلم اللغة العربية، وأهمية البدء بالقاعدة النورانية في تعليم اللغة العربية؛ لما لها من أثر في إتقان الطفل لهجاء الكلمات بحركاتها المتعددة في أحوالها المختلفة، وأهمية استخدام وسائل التقنية الحديثة في تعليم الطفل وتنمية ملكاته، وفي تدريس القاعدة النورانية؛ لما تحويه من تقريب وتيسير لمادتها بوسائل تعليمية متعددة.

After weakness began to creep in the people of Arabic becaming difficult for them to control and master it, it was necessary to simplify its principles and bring them closer to its learners and students. Since memorizing and reciting the Noble Qur’an is one of the greatest aids to learning the Arabic language, acquiring its linguistic faculties and the developing its skills, scholars took care of composing what would make it easier for the learner of the Holy Qur’an to pronounce the Arabic letters and words with their various movements, including (the light rule). This research tackles the problem of explaining the impact of teaching the Nooraniyyah Rule in teaching the Arabic language, and the role of modern technology in teaching it. He clarified the role of modern technology in teaching the Nooraniyyah Rule, and mentioned the most important means used in this. This study adopts the descriptive analytical methodology. Among its most important results are what follows. There is a close connection between memorizing and reciting the Noble Qur’an and learning the Arabic language. This study highlights the importance of starting with the Nooraniyyah Rule in teaching the Arabic language, because of its impact on the child’s mastery of spelling words with their multiple movements in different situations. It manifests the importance of using modern technology in teaching the child and developing his faculties, and in teaching the Nooraniyyah Rule, because of the approximation and facilitation of its material through multiple educational means.
