|a هدف الدراسة التعرف على مدى تلبية خريجي الكليات التطبيقية بجامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية لاحتياجات سوق العمل وفق الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتعليم 2040 في سلطنة عمان، وقد استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت من (10) فقرات، طبقت على (273) من الإداريين والأكاديميين والوظائف المساندة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مدى تلبية خريجي الكليات التطبيقية بجامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية لاحتياجات سوق العمل وفق الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتعليم 2040 في سلطنة عمان جاء بمدى (متوسط). كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير الجنس وجاء لصالح الذكور، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير الموقع الجغرافي للكلية وجاء جامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية بصحار، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحثون: تصميم دليل إرشادي ملزم من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي، والبحث العلمي والابتكار، ووزارة العمل؛ يوضح أهم المهارات المطلوبة للالتحاق بسوق العمل.
|b The study aimed to identify the extent to which the graduates of the applied colleges at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences meet the needs of the labor market according to the National Strategy for Education of 2040 in the Sultanate of Oman. The researchers used the descriptive approach as well as a questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which was applied to (293) administrators, academics, and other supportive jobs. The results showed that the graduates of the applied colleges at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences meet the needs of the labor market according to the National Strategy for Education of 2040 in the Sultanate of Oman in an average level. The study also found that there are statistically significant differences for the gender variable in favor of males according to the estimates of the study sample members. Also, there are statistically significant differences for the geographical location variable to the extent to which college graduates meet the needs of the labor market according to the National Education Strategy and this was in favor for Sohar. In light of the results of the study, the researchers made some recommendations, including designing an obligatory guideline book by the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, and the Ministry of Labor clarifying the most important skills required to join the labor market.
