المستخلص: يعد موضوع عيوب النطق والكلام من الموضوعات المهمة التي شغلت القدماء والمحدثين على حد سواء؛ وذلك لإدراكهم أثر هذه العيوب على فصاحة الكلمة ووضوحها في السمع، وكيف تؤثر هذه العيوب على سلامة عملية التواصل اللغوي. وللخليل بن أحمد إسهامات ظاهرة في ذكر تلك العيوب والأمراض اللغوية، فقد أغنى الفكر اللغوي بمصطلحات ومفاهيم دالة على العيوب النطقية، وشرح لعيوب الكلام نالت إعجاب المحدثين وأثبتوها دون تغيير يذكر لا في التسمية ولا في المعنى الدالة عليه. وسنحاول في هذا البحث الوقوف على أهم عيوب النطق والكلام التي استوقفت الخليل، وتوضيح مدى التقارب بين ما أورده الخليل في هذا المجال وبين ما أفرزه غيره من علماء العربية القدامى والمحدثين. وجاء هذا البحث في مبحثين تسبقهما مقدمة وتمهيد وتتلوهما خاتمة وفهارس. فأما المقدمة: فقد ذكرت فيها أهمية الموضوع، والتعريف به، والمنهج المتبع في البحث. وأما التمهيد: فتناولت فيه بعض مصطلحات الدراسة كالعيب، والمرض، والاضطراب، والنطق، وغيرها. وجاء المبحث الأول، بعنوان: عيوب النطق والكلام في التراث العربي. والمبحث الثاني: عيوب النطق والكلام عند الخليل، وهو أربعة مطالب: -المطلب الأول: عيوب النطق العضوية: (الحكلة، والخنخنة، واللثغة، والهتم، والبكم). المطلب الثاني: عيوب النطق الوظيفية: (التمتمة، والرتة، والتعتعة، والرتج، والعقدة، والعي، والفدامة، والحصر، والفأفأة، واللجلجة، والفهاهة، واللفف). المطلب الثالث: عيوب النطق الأدائية: (التشدق، والتقعيب، والتقعير، والإسهاب). المطلب الرابع: عيوب النطق بسبب العجمة وعدم البيان: (اللكنة).

The issue of speech and pronunciation defects is one of the important topics that preoccupied the ancients and moderns alike, due to their realization of the impact of these defects on the eloquence and clarity of the word in hearing, and how these defects affect the integrity of the linguistic communication process. Al-Khalil bin Ahmed has an apparent contribution to the treatment of these defects and linguistic diseases, as he enriched linguistic thought with terms and concepts indicative of speech defects, and an explanation of speech defects that won the admiration of the modernists and established them without changing either in the name or in the meaning indicating it. And we will try in this research to stand at the most important defects of pronunciation and speech that stopped Al-Khalil bin Ahmed, and to clarify the extent of the conceptual convergence between what Al-Khalil mentioned in this field and what was produced by other ancient and modern Arab scholars Arabic scholars. This research came in an introduction and a preface, followed by a conclusion and indexes. As for the introduction: the introduction is equal to the topic, its definition, and the approach followed in the research. As for: I dealt with it some of the study terms such as defect, disease, disorder, pronunciation, and others: The first topic, titled: Pronunciation and Speech Defects in the Arab Heritage. And the second topic: the defects of pronunciation and speech according to Al Khalil, which is four demands: - The first requirement: the organic defects of pronunciation: (Al-Hakla, Al- Khankhana, Al-Lishat, Al-Hatm, and Al Mutem) The second: functional pronunciation defects: (stuttering, stammering, stuttering, diverticulosis, knots, blindness, leprosy, severing, slander, slurs, humor, and winding) The third: the performance defects of pronunciation: (the utterance, the recitation, the concavity, and the verbiage). he fourth: defects in pronunciation due to slander and lack of statement: (accent).
