شهدت المجتمعات المعاصرة في العقدين الماضيين تطورات متسارعة في شتى مجالات الحياة: الاجتماعية، والسياسية، والاقتصادية، والثقافية، والمعلوماتية، وقد أفرزت التطورات العديد من المفاهيم الجديدة، منها: مجتمع المعرفة، والثوة المعرفية، والثورة التكنولوجية، والتحول الرقمي، وبظهور تقنية التحول الرقمي الذي أدى لاختصار الوقت وخفض التكلفة وتحقيق مرونة أكبر وكفاءة أكثر وقدرة كبيرة في معالجة البيانات والذكاء الصناعي ولا شك أن هذه المستجدات تساعد على اتساع نطاق التطوير والتغيير وحدوث تحولات غير مسبوقة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الخاص، لذلك يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الإطار الفكري للتحول الرقمي، والتعرف على واقع التحول الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الخاص بجمهورية مصر العربية، والوصول لمتطلبات تطبيق التحول الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الخاص، الوصول إلى آليات وأساليب التغلب على معوقات تطبيق التحول الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الخاص بجمهورية مصر العربية، وذلك من خلال الجانب النظري والدراسة الميدانية للبحث، ولقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، ومن خلال الجانب النظري والدراسة الميدانية توصل الباحث إلى آليات وأساليب تطبيق التحول الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الخاص ومنها ما يلي:- 1- وضع رؤية ورسالة وأهداف خاصة باستراتيجية التحول الرقمي يشترك فيها جميع العاملين بمؤسسات التعليم العالي الخاص. 2- رسم سياسة التحول الرقمي وتوزيع المهام وتحديد المسؤوليات وتحديد القائم بتنفيذ خطوات تطبيق استراتيجية التحول الرقمي. 3- نشر ثقافة مشاركة جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة والإداريين والطلاب في برنامج التحول الرقمي. 4- توفر مؤسسات التعليم العالي الخاص الإمكانات لعضو هيئة التدريس لعقد لقاءات وندوات مباشرة مفتوحة عبر شبكة الإنترنت للتواصل مع الطلبة لحل مشاكلهم. 5- دعوة المجتمع المحلي للمشاركة في تمويل وتطوير البينية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والعمل على توفير المخصصات المالية لتطبيق برنامج التحول الرقمي. 6- أن يتم تحويل البرامج التعليمية والمقررات إلى برامج ومقررات رقمية مع تدريب وإكساب الطلاب مهارات التعامل مع المقررات الإلكترونية، ومهارات التعلم التعاوني، والتعلم الجماعي التفاعلي، ومهارة حل المشكلات. 7- وجود قاعدة بيانات محلية تضم الرسائل والبحوث العلمية في جميع المجالات العلمية لكل الكليات والمراكز البحثية في مصر مع توفيرها وإتاحتها بالنص الكامل مما يوفر للباحثين سهولة الوصول لها بشكل مباشر عبر شبكة الإنترنت.
Contemporary societies in the past two decades have witnessed rapid developments in various fields of life: social, political, economic, cultural, and informatics. The developments have produced many new concepts, including: the knowledge society, the knowledge revolution, the technological revolution, digital transformation, and the emergence of digital transformation technology that Lead to shortening time, reducing costs, achieving greater flexibility, more efficiency, and greater ability to process data and industrial intelligence. There is no doubt that these developments help in expanding the scope of development and change and the occurrence of unprecedented transformations in private higher education institutions. Therefore, the current research aims to identify the intellectual framework for digital transformation, to identify the reality of digital transformation in higher education institutions of the Arab Republic of Egypt, to reach the requirements for applying digital transformation in private higher education institutions, to reach mechanisms and methods of overcoming obstacles to the application of digital transformation in educational institutions. The higher education institution of the Arab Republic of Egypt, through the theoretical side and the field study of the research, and the researcher used the descriptive approach, and through the theoretical side and field study, the researcher came up with mechanisms and methods for applying digital transformation in private higher education institutions, including the following: 1- Establishing a vision, mission and goals for the digital transformation strategy, in which all employees of private higher education institutions participate 2- Drawing up the digital transformation policy, assigning tasks, defining responsibilities, and determining who is implementing the steps for implementing the digital transformation strategy 3- Spreading the culture of participation of all faculty members, the assisting body, administrators and students in the digital transformation program. 4- Private higher education institutions provide the capabilities for a faculty member to hold direct meetings and open seminars via the Internet to communicate with students to solve their problems. 5- Inviting the local community to participate in financing and developing the infrastructure for information and communication technology, and working to provide financial allocations for the implementation of the digital transformation program. 6- To convert educational programs and courses into digital programs and courses, with training and providing students with skills to deal with electronic courses, cooperative learning skills, interactive group learning, and problem-solving skills. 7- The existence of a local database that includes scientific messages and research in all scientific fields for all faculties and research centers in Egypt, while providing them and making them available in the full text, which provides researchers with easy access to them directly via the Internet.
