|a هدف البحث إلى دراسة علاقة القيادة التوزيعية والمواطنة التنظيمية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات، حيث تعتبر القيادة التوزيعية هي أكثر أنماط القيادة المعاصرة شيوعا، وتؤسس على مبدأ المشاركة وهذا المبدأ لازم لنجاح الجامعة في تحقيق أهدافها وأيضا تفعيل دور أعضاء هيئة التدريس بها، الأمر الذي يؤثر بالإيجاب على تطوير المواطنة التنظيمية لهؤلاء الأعضاء، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لوصف وتحليل القيادة التوزيعية والمواطنة التنظيمية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات، وتوصل البحث إلى أن مجالات تطوير المواطنة التنظيمية تتمثل في المشاركة الفعالة والانتماء التنظيمي وجودة العمل الجامعي.
|b The research aims at studying the relationship of distributive leadership and organizational citizenship among faculty members in the universities, where distributive leadership is the most common contemporary leadership styles and is based on the principle of participation and this principle is necessary for the success of the university in achieving its goals and also activating the role of the faculty members, which affects Positively on developing organizational citizenship for these members. The researcher used the descriptive approach to describe and analyze distributive leadership and organizational citizenship among university faculty members. The research concluded that the areas for developing this organizational citizenship are represented in active participation, organizational affiliation, and the quality of university work.
