المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الأنماط القيادية لقادة المدارس المرحلة الثانوية والقيادة الإبداعية في مكتب الوسط بمحافظة بيشة من وجهة نظر المعلمين وكشف عن النمط القيادي السائد لقادة المدارس المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة بيشة من وجهة نظر المعلمين والتعرف على درجة ممارسة قادة المدارس المرحلة الثانوية للقيادة الإبداعية في محافظة بيشة من وجهة نظر المعلمين والتعرف على مدى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط استجابات المعلمين لدرجة ممارسة القيادة الإبداعية تبعا لمتغيرات (سنوات الخبرة -المؤهل العلمي -الدورات التدريبية)، وقد اشتملت الدراسة على (١٦١) معلما ويمثلون ٦٣% من مجتمع الدراسة، حيث أستخدم الباحث فيها المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحث استبانة مكونة من محورين اشتملت على (٢٦) عبارة، وقد أجرى عليها الباحث اختبارات الصدق والثبات، وتم تحليل البيانات عن طريق برنامج SPSS. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج نذكر منها: 1-وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية وموجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين الأنماط القيادة السائدة الديمقراطية والتشاركية لدى قادة المدراس وممارستهم القيادة الإبداعية ككل وأبعادها (الحساسية للمشكلات -المثابرة -والمبادرة -والإصالة) ٢-أن النمط السائد لقادة المدارس المرحلة الثانوية بمنطقة بيشة في القيادة المدرسية كما يلي: وللنمط الديمقراطي والتشاركي بدرجة غالبا ٣-أن قادة مدراس المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة بيشة تمارس القيادية الإبداعية بدرجة غالبا ٤-عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05=)، تجاه الأنماط القيادية لدى قادة المدراس تعزى لمتغير المؤهل (بكالوريوس -ماجستير). ٥-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05=)، تجاه ممارسة قادة المدراس الثانوية للقيادة الإبداعية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل (بكالوريوس -ماجستير). ٦-عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) لمتغير سنوات الخبرة عند المعلمين أنفسهم. ٧-وجود فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) لمتغير دورات تدريبة أكثر من (١٠) دورة لصالح المعلمين ممن لديهم (١٠) دورات تدريبية. في ضوء نتائج البحث الحالية فإن الباحث يوصي القائمين على العملية التعليمية التربوية والإدارية بما يلي: ١-كشفت نتائج البحث الحالي أن النمط الديمقراطي له علاقة قوية بالقيادة الإبداعية لذلك يتوجب على القائمين على العملية التربويين في المحافظة بتعزيز ممارسة النمط الديمقراطي وذلك من خلال نشر ثقافة الوعي بهذا النمط وما له من أثر في تحسين بيئة العمل المدرسي 2-من خلال نتائج هذا البحث أن النمط القيادي الديمقراطي هو النمط السائد في المحافظة لذلك يتوجب على إدارات التدريب والابتعاث تكثيف الدورات التدريبة والقاءات التي تساهم في اكتساب هذا النمط ٣-الاستمرار في تعزيز مفهوم القيادة الإبداعية لدى قادة المدارس، وتدريبهم على المهارات الإبداعية من خلال الأنشطة والدورات التدريبة بغرض تحسين البيئة التعليمية ٤-على قادة المدارس مشاركة المعلمين بطرح الأفكار الغير تقليدية التي تنظم العمل وتحل المشكلات وذلك من خلال اجتماعات العصف الذهني والمناقشة والاستفادة من تجارب الأخرين 5-على القادة الاطلاع على البحوث والكتب التي تساهم في رفع درجة الوعي بأهمية هذا النمط الديمقراطي وما له من أثر إيجابي على البيئة المدرسية.

The title of the study "Leadership styles and their relationship to the creative leadership of secondary school leaders from the point of view of teachers in Bisha Governorate" The study aimed to identify the relationship between the leadership styles of secondary school leaders and creative leadership in the middle office in Bisha governorate from the teachers’ point of view, and to reveal the dominant leadership style of secondary school leaders in Bisha governorate from the teachers’ point of view and to identify the degree to which secondary school leaders practice creative leadership In the province of Bisha from the point of view of teachers, and to identify the extent to which there are statistically significant differences between the average responses of teachers to the degree of practicing creative leadership according to the variables (years of experience - academic qualifications - training courses). The study included (161) teachers representing 63% of the population The study, where the researcher used the descriptive approach, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of two axes that included (26) phrases. The study reached a number of results, including: 1- There is a strong, positive and statistically significant correlation between the dominant democratic and participatory leadership styles of school leaders and their practice of creative leadership as a whole and its dimensions (sensitivity to problems - perseverance - initiative - and originality). 2- The prevailing pattern of secondary school leaders in the Bisha region in school leadership is as follows: The pattern is mostly democratic and participatory to a degree. 3- The leaders of secondary schools in the province of Bisha often practice creative leadership to a degree 4- There are no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) towards the leadership styles of school leaders due to the qualification variable (Bachelor - Master). 5- There are statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) towards the practice of creative leadership by secondary school leaders due to the qualification variable (bachelor - master). 6- There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) for the variable years of experience for the teachers themselves. 7- There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) for more than (10) training courses variable in favor of teachers who have (10) training courses.

In light of the current research results, the researcher recommends those in charge of the educational and administrative educational process to: 1- The results of the current research revealed that the democratic style has a strong relationship with creative leadership. Therefore, those in charge of the educational process in the governorate should promote the practice of the democratic style by spreading a culture of awareness of this style and its impact on improving the school work environment. 2- Through the results of this research, the democratic leadership style is the dominant pattern in the governorate. Therefore, the training and scholarship departments must intensify the training courses and meetings that contribute to acquiring this style. 3- Continuing to promote the concept of creative leadership among school leaders, and training them in creative skills through activities and training courses for the purpose of improving the educational environment. 4- School leaders should participate with teachers by putting forward non-traditional ideas that organize work and solve problems through brainstorming and discussion meetings and benefit from the experiences of others. 5- Leaders should review research and books that contribute to raising awareness of the importance of this democratic style and its positive impact on the school environment.
