|a يعد إعداد المعلم وتدريبه وتنميته جانبا مهما وأساسيا في تجويد وتحسين عملية التعلم والتعليم، وتكوينه معرفيا، وثقافيا، وتكنولوجيا، وتقنيا، وأخلاقيا، بصفته اللبنة الأساس في البناء التربوي. هدف هذا البحث إلى تعرف إعداد المعلم بين التجارب المحلية، والاتجاهات المعاصرة. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي النظري لواقع تجارب إعداد المعلم المحلية والاتجاهات المعاصرة، واستنتاج الرؤية المستقبلية لعملية التدريس، وإعداد المعلم. ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم الاطلاع على الأدب النظري المتعلق بإعداد المعلم؛ لإبرازه وفق التجارب المحلية، وبيان الاتجاهات المعاصرة، والرؤية المستقبلية فيه. وقد أظهر البحث الاهتمام بإعداد المعلم مهنيا؛ ولكن الاهتمام نحا نحو التنظير أكثر من التطبيق، وغلب عليه النمطية والتكرار، وافتقاره إلى البحث والتجريب التربوي. ويوصي الباحث تعديل مسارات البرامج المتعلقة في إعداد المعلم في المؤسسات التعليمية؛ ليأخذ الجانب التطبيقي التقني المحور الأساس فيها؛ ليتماشى والتسارع المعرفي، والتكنولوجي، ومشكلات العصر.

The researcher used the descriptive theoretical approach to the reality of local teacher preparation experiences and contemporary trends, and deduced. the future vision of teaching process, and teacher preparation. to achieve the objective of the research, theoretical literature related to teacher preparation was consulted. To highlight it according to local experiences. And the statement of contemporary trends, and future vision in it. The research showed interest preparation the teacher professionally; but the interest in more towards theorizing than application, and repetitions, and its lack of research and educational experiment. The researcher, recommends modifying the program tracks related to teacher numbers in educational in stations in one of the applied technical aspects, the main axis in them. To cope with the acceleration of knowledge and technology, and the problems of the times.
