المستخلص: In Algeria, professional integration of young graduates became the concern of universities which try to improve its trainings, knowledge and professional skills, this concern requires the students’ skills at the end of their studies to be better defined and adapted to integrate the labor market. Nowadays, Algerian companies are having trouble finding adequate profiles. On the other hand, many young graduates are unable to enter the labor market, often because their training is considered inadequate for current working life. This mismatch is largely due to a lack of understanding of employer’s needs. The main objective of the present study is to learn what future employers of young university graduates anticipate from them, as well as to determine the criteria and abilities needed for better socio-professional integration.. In order to carry out this study we opted for an exploratory and quantitative approach with the use of a survey questionnaire among employers.
