المستخلص: استهدف هذا البحث، تحديد مستوي تطبيق رقمنة الجامعات المصرية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية الحكومية محل الدراسة، وتحديد مستوي تطبيق أبعاد القيادة التشاركية من وجهة نظرهم، وتحديد مستوي التميز المؤسسي للجامعات المصرية محل الدراسة، وتحديد نوع وقوة العلاقة بين رقمنة الجامعات المصرية والقيادة التشاركية، ونوع وقوة العلاقة بين رقمنة الجامعات المصرية والتميز المؤسسي، ونوع وقوة العلاقة بين القيادة التشاركية والتميز المؤسسي، ونوع وطبيعة العلاقة بين رقمنة الجامعات المصرية والتميز المؤسسي في وجود القيادة التشاركية كمتغير وسيط، ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على قائمة الاستقصاء لجمع البيانات الأولية باستخدام عينة قوامها ٣٦٨ عضو هيئة تدريس بالجامعات المصرية الحكومية، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية أن مستوي رقمنة الجامعات المصرية متوسط، ومستوي القيادة التشاركية متوسط، ومستوي التميز المؤسسي للجامعات المصرية متوسط، ووجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد رقمنة الجامعات المصرية والقيادة التشاركية، ووجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد القيادة التشاركية والتميز المؤسسي، ووجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين رقمنة الجامعات المصرية والتميز المؤسسي، ووجود علاقة غير مباشرة وذات دلالة إحصائية بين رقمنة الجامعات المصرية والتميز المؤسسي من خلال القيادة التشاركية كمتغير وسيط، كما دعم وجود القيادة التشاركية كمتغير وسيط في العلاقة بين رقمنة الجامعات المصرية والتميز المؤسسي للجامعات المصرية الحكومية محل الدراسة من تأثير أبعاد رقمنة الجامعات المصرية على مستوى التميز المؤسسي لها. وفي نهاية البحث، تم التوصل إلى عدد من التوصيات التي تساعد في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي للجامعات المصرية من خلال تطبيق واستخدام مبادئ وأبعاد الرقمنة والقيادة التشاركية.

This research aimed to determine the application level of the digitization of Egyptian universities from the viewpoint of the faculty members in the Egyptian public universities under study, and to determine the level of application of the dimensions of participatory leadership from their point of view, and to determine the level of institutional excellence for the Egyptian universities under study, and to determine the type and strength of the relationship between the digitization of Egyptian universities and Participation leadership, the type and strength of the relationship between the digitization of Egyptian universities and institutional excellence, the type and strength of the relationship between participatory leadership and institutional excellence, and the type and nature of the relationship between the digitization of Egyptian universities and institutional excellence in the presence of participatory leadership as a mediating variable. Using 368 faculty members in Egyptian public universities, and the results of the field study showed that the level of digitization of Egyptian universities is average, the level of participatory leadership is medium, and the level of institutional excellence for Egyptian universities is medium, and there is a direct significant relationship between the dimensions of digitization of Egyptian universities and participatory leadership, and the existence of a direct positive significance relationship between the dimensions of participatory leadership and institutional excellence, in addition to that, There is a direct significant relationship between the digitization of Egyptian universities and institutional excellence, and the presence of an indirect significant relationship between the digitization of Egyptian universities and institutional excellence through participatory leadership as a mediating variable, and The presence of participatory leadership as a mediating variable in the relationship between the digitization of Egyptian universities and the institutional excellence of the Egyptian public universities under study supported the impact of the dimensions of the digitization of Egyptian universities on the level of their institutional excellence. At the end of the research, a number of recommendations were reached that help achieve institutional excellence for Egyptian universities through the application and use of the principles and dimensions of digitization and participatory leadership.
