المستخلص: تعد القدرة على التواصل مع أهل اللغة الأصليين واحدة من أهم معايير الحكم على الكفاءة اللغوية للمتعلمين الأجانب لهذه اللغة وذلك من خلال القدرة على استقبال عناصرها ومكوناتها بشكل صحيح، وبالتالي القدرة على إرسالها أيضا بشكل صحيح. وتمثل صيغ وأنماط التأدب اللغوي واحدة من أهم هذه العناصر والمكونات اللغوية لكونها تساعد المتعلمين الأجانب على الاستقبال والإرسال اللغويين السليمين والجيدين، وبالتالي القدرة على إقامة ومواصلة التواصل اللغوي بكفاءة وفعالية مع أهل هذه اللغة المتعلمة. وقد لاحظ الباحثان أن هناك ضعفا واضحا في الإلمام بأنماط وصيغ التأدب باللغة الفرنسية، وفهمها وبالتالي عدم القدرة على استخدامها الاستخدام الأمثل والصحيح لها، مما دفعهما إلى البحث عن طريقة لعلاج هذه المشكلة، ولعل استخدام بعضا من الاستراتيجيات المعرفية المناسبة يساعد في تحقيق هذا الهدف والتغلب على هذه المشكلة. لذا قام الباحثان بإعداد قائمة تتضمن أنماط وصيغ التأدب باللغة الفرنسية التي ينبغي توافرها لدي طلاب الفرقة الثانية- شعبة اللغة الفرنسية بكلية التربية جامعة المنصورة، كما قاما أيضا بإعداد اختبار لقياس مستوى استخدام الطلاب- عينة البحث- لصيغ وأنماط التأدب باللغة الفرنسية، وأخيرا اختيار وحدة تعليمية من المقرر الدراسي لهؤلاء الطلاب والمعنون "Atelier des travaux pratiques" وإعادة بنائها في ضوء الاستراتيجيات المعرفية المختارة. وتم اختيار عينة للبحث قوامها 60 طالبا وطالبة من طلاب الفرقة الثانية- شعبة اللغة الفرنسية بكلية التربية- جامعة المنصورة، وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة تضم كل منهما 30 طالبا وطالبة، كما تم التدريس للمجموعتين بشكل مستقل. واستخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لاختبار اختبار فرضى البحث. وأشارت النتائج إلى تفوق طلاب المجموعة التجريبية على أقرانهم في المجموعة الضابطة فيما يتعلق باستخدام صيغ وأنماط التأدب باللغة الفرنسية، وبذا تم التحقق من فرضى البحث.

La capacité à communiquer avec les natifs est l'un des critères les plus importants pour juger des compétences linguistiques des apprenants étrangers de cette langue, à travers la capacité à comprendre correctement ses composants, mais également à pouvoir les mettre en œuvre à bon escient. Les formules de politesse sont l'un des plus importants composants de la compétence linguistique, car elles aident les apprenants étrangers à comprendre et à produire aisément, et ainsi à être en mesure d'établir sciemment une communication auprès des natifs de cette langue. Les chercheurs ont ainsi remarqué qu'il y a une nette faiblesse dans la connaissance et la compréhension des formules de politesse en français des étudiants en section de français à la faculté de pédagogie de Mansourah ; ce qui les conduit à être incapables de les utiliser correctement dans les différentes situations de communication. Ce constat a suscité les chercheurs à mener la recherche actuelle, afin de remédier à ce problème, en mettant en œuvre certaines stratégies cognitives d’apprentissage, avec pour but d’atteindre l’objectif de la recherche. Les chercheurs ont de la sorte préparé une liste contenant les formules de politesse en français, les plus indispensables aux étudiants en 2e année- section de français à la faculté de pédagogie de Mansourah. Ils ont ensuite soumis ces étudiants à un test évaluant les formules de politesse. Finalement, ils ont sélectionné et reformulé une unité didactique, enseignée dans le cadre de leur module intitulé "Atelier des travaux pratiques" à la lumière des stratégies cognitives les plus convenables. L'échantillon de la recherche a été sélectionné parmi les étudiants inscrits en 2e année- section de français de la faculté de pédagogie de Mansourah. Cet échantillon est composé de 60 étudiants, masculins et féminins, répartis en deux groupes (expérimental et témoin), comptant 30 candidats chacun. Ces deux groupes ont indépendamment étudié l’unité. Les hypothèses de la recherche ont enfin été vérifiées à l'aide des méthodes statistiques les plus appropriées. Les résultats de la recherche actuelle ont indiqué que les étudiants du groupe expérimental ont surpassé leurs pairs du groupe témoin, en ce qui concerne l'utilisation des formules de politesse en français, et les hypothèses de la recherche ont ainsi été confirmées.

The ability to communicate effectively with native speakers is one of the most crucial criteria for assessing the linguistic proficiency of foreign learners of a language. This ability includes correctly receiving and understanding its elements and components, as well as accurately transmitting them. Among these linguistic elements and components, the forms and patterns of linguistic politesse hold significant importance. They assist foreign learners in receiving and transmitting language in a linguistically appropriate manner. This proficiency in linguistic politesse contributes to establishing and maintaining efficient and effective linguistic communication with native speakers of the learned language. The two researchers observed a clear deficiency in the familiarity and understanding of politesse patterns and forms in the French language, leading to an inability to use them optimally and correctly. This observation motivated them to search for a solution to this issue. They considered that employing appropriate cognitive strategies might help achieve their goal and address the problem effectively. Consequently, they compiled a list containing various types and forms of politesse in the French language that should be mastered by students in the second year of the French Language Division at the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University. Additionally, they designed a test to assess the student's proficiency in using politesse forms and patterns in French. Finally, they selected an educational unit from the course titled "Atelier des travaux pratiques" for these students and modified it based on the chosen cognitive strategies. The research selected a sample of 60 male and female students from the second year of the French Language Department at the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University. They were divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group, each comprising 30 male and female students. The two groups were taught independently, and suitable statistical methods were applied to test the research hypothesis. The findings revealed that students in the experimental group demonstrated superior performance compared to their counterparts in the control group regarding the utilization of politesse forms and patterns in the French language.
