المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة التي تسهم في تطبيق التعليم الريادي بشكل فعال بالمدارس الثانوية بمصر في ضوء إمكان الإفادة من الخبرة الألمانية، واستخدم البحث الحالي المنهج المقارن بمدخل جورج بيريداي"، وتوصل البحث الحالي للعديد من النتائج، أهمها: أن الخبرة الألمانية في مجال تطبيق التعليم الريادي بالمدارس الثانوية تميزت بالطابع العملي لممارسات التعليم الريادي، كما تميزت أيضا بتفعيل التعاون والشراكة المستمرة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي، فضلا عن حجم التمويل الكبير المخصص لإنشاء بنية تحتية لتطبيق التعليم الريادي بالمدارس الثانوية، يقابل ذلك بعض المعوقات التي يعاني منها التعليم الريادي بالمدارس الثانوية في مصر، ومن أهمها: عدم إدراج التعليم الريادي باستراتيجيات التعليم الوطنية، ومركزية إدارة المدارس الثانوية، وضعف التمويل، وعزلة المناهج عن متطلبات سوق العمل. واقترح البحث الحالي العديد من المقترحات، أهمها: ينبغي إدراج التعليم الريادي بالاستراتيجيات الوطنية للتعليم قبل الجامعي، نشر ثقافة التعليم الريادي بالمدارس الثانوية، تدريب قادة المدارس وجميع أعضاء المجتمع المدرسي على كيفية تطبيق التعليم الريادي، إنشاء بنى تحتية لازمة لتطبيق التعليم الريادي بالمدارس، التعاون الفعال بين المدرسة والجامعة، تفعيل الشراكات المستمرة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي وخاصة قطاع الأعمال، عقد ندوات تثقيفية وتعليمية لرواد أعمال بالمدرسة.

The current research aims to develop a set of proposed measures that contribute to the effective application of entrepreneurship education in secondary schools in Egypt in light of the possibility of benefiting from the German experience, and the current research used the Comparative approach With" George Beriday's entrance", and the current research reached many results, the most important of which are: that the German experience in the field of application Entrepreneurship education in secondary schools was characterized by the practical nature of Entrepreneurship education practices, as well as the activation of continuous cooperation and partnership between the school and the local community, as well as the large amount of funding allocated to create an infrastructure to implement Entrepreneurship education in secondary schools, this corresponds to some of the obstacles that entrepreneurship education suffers from in secondary schools in Egypt, the most important of which are: the lack of inclusion of Entrepreneurship education in national education strategies, Entrepreneurial, centralized management, poor funding, and curricula isolation from the requirements of the labor market. The current research suggested many proposals, the most important of which are: Entrepreneurship education should be included in national education strategies, spreading the culture of Entrepreneurship education in secondary schools, training school leaders and all members of the school community on how to implement Entrepreneurship education, creating the necessary infrastructure for implementing Entrepreneurship education in schools, effective cooperation between the school And the university, activating continuous partnerships between the school and the local community, especially the business sector, holding educational and educational seminars for school entrepreneurs.
