|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة الالتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة لدى مديري أقسام الشبيبة بوزارة التربية والتعليم داخل الخط الأخضر وعلاقتها بدرجة ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى أبناء الشبيبة من وجهة نظر العاملين والمديرين في تلك الأقسام، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي وتم تطوير استبانتين الأولى: لقياس درجة الالتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة لدى مديري أقسام الشبيبة، والثانية لقياس درجة ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى أبناء الشبيبة، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، فقد تكونت من (225) مديرا وعاملا. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الالتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة كانت عالية في جميع المجالات وعلى الأداة ككل. كما أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى أبناء الشبيبة كانت متوسطة في جميع المجالات، وعلى الأداة ككل، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين الالتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة وممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى مديري أقسام الشبيبة بوزارة التربية والتعليم داخل الخط الأخضر من وجهة نظر العاملين والمديرين في تلك الأقسام. وقد أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها؛ عقد ورش التدريب والمدونات وأدلة التطبيق الخاصة بالسلوك الأخلاقي لمديري الأقسام، كذلك ضرورة عمل نظام مكافآت للأفراد الأكثر التزاما بأخلاقيات المهنة.
|b This study aimed to identify the degree of commitment to the professional ethics by the directors of the youth departments at the Ministry of Education across the Green Line and its relationship to the degree of practicing social responsibility by the youth from the point of view employees and directors at those departments. The researchers employed the descriptive survey, correlational methodology. Two questionnaires were administered to a stratified random sample of (225) directors and employees. The results of the study showed that the degree of commitment to the professional ethics was high on all dimensions and on the whole instrument. The results showed that the degree of practicing social responsibility by the youth was moderate on all dimensions, and on the whole instrument. The results showed a positive and statistically significant relationship between the commitment to the professional ethics and the practice of social responsibility. The study recommended several recommendations, including: holding training workshops, blogs and application guides on ethical behavior for department managers, as well as the necessity of creating a system of rewards for individuals who are more committed to ethics.
