|a يتناول هذا البحث عرضا لمفهوم البوابات الإلكترونية الحكومية والمقصود بها تلك الصادرة عن الجهات الحكومية لتقديم الخدمات للمواطنين من حيث نشر المعلومات أو الخدمات الإخبارية والخدمية المقدمة لهم من خلالها، فتعد البوابات في عصرنا الراهن نافذة إعلامية رقمية رسمية ناطقة باسم الحكومة، مما يستوجب التعرف عليها من حيث مفهومها، ونشأتها، وخصائصها، ووظائفها والخدمات المقدمة عليها، والتاريخ الأدبي الذي تناولها بشيء من التدقيق، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التاريخي الواصف لها من حيث التحليل والنقد للتعرف على هذا المفهوم وما يقدمه من خدمات وأهميته في العصر الحديث، وذلك من خلال أداة الملاحظة وأسلوب الاستقراء من المصادر الأصيلة البحثية للبوابات الإلكترونية الحكومية.
|b This research reviews the concept of government electronic portals, which are those issued by government agencies to provide services to citizens in terms of the dissemination of information, news and service provided to them through such portals. Portals are currently considered as an official digital media outlet speaking on behalf of the government, which requires recognizing the same in terms of their concept, origin, characteristics, functions, services provided through them, and the literary history addressing the same in detail.. This study relies on the historical approach describing the same in terms of analysis and criticism to recognize this concept, the services it provides and related importance in the modern age, through the observation tool and the method of extrapolating from the original research sources of government electronic portals.
