|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الكفايات التربوية والاحتياجات التدريبية لدى مربيات طفل ما قبل المدرسة من وجهة نظرهن في ضوء المتغيرات المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة في التربية التحضيرية، ولتحقيق هد ف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة تكونت من (15) مربية يعملن في المدارس الابتدائية في قسم التربية التحضيرية، وقد قامت الباحثة بتصميم أداة الدراسة الاستبانة، والتي تضمنت (40) كفاية موزعة على أربعة مجالات للكفايات التربوية والاحتياجات التدريبية لقياس مدى ممارسة مربيات طفل ما قبل المدرسة للكفايات التربوية والاحتياجات التدريبية لها. وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن المربيات بمختلف مؤهلاتهم العلمية، وسنوات خبراتهم لديهم امتلاك للكفايات التربوية ولكن بحاجة إلى تدريب على جميع مجالات الكفايات التربوية وهي: التخطيط، التنفيذ، التقويم، وإدارة الفصل والتعامل مع الأطفال.
|b The study aimed to identify the educational competencies and training requirements of the pro-school child s educators based on their perspective , and taking into account the change of the academic qualifications and previous experiences in the primary school . The study required to choose (15) pro-school child s educators that works at the preparatory education department , and the researche prepared a survey instrument for the study in which it consisted (40) competence divided on four educational competencies and training requirements field to assess the practice of the pro-school child s educators to these qualities
|d les compétences et les exigences de formation des éducateurs proscolaires en fonction de leur perspective et en tenant compte de l évolution des qualifications académiques et des expériences antérieures à l école primaire. L'étude nécessitait de choisir (15) éducateurs d'enfants proscolaires qui travaillent au département d'éducation préparatoire, et la recherche a préparé un instrument d'enquête pour l'étude dans lequel il s'agissait de (40) compétences réparties sur quatre domaines de compétences éducatives et d'exigences de formation pour évaluer la pratique des éducateurs proscolaires à ces qualities.
