|a سعت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الذكاء الاستراتيجي بأبعاده (الاستشراف، الرؤية المستقبلة، تفكير النظم، الدافعية) في تحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية في جامعة البيضاء، وتم جمع المعلومات الأولية عن طريق استبانة من عينة الدراسة البالغ عددهم (٣٨) من قيادات جامعة البيضاء، استرد منها (٣٧) استبانة صالحة للتحليل، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل البيانات واختبار فرضيات الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود دور للذكاء الاستراتيجي بأبعاده مجتمعة في تحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية في جامعة البيضاء، بينما أظهرت عدم وجود دور لبعدي (الاستشراف، تفكير النظم) منفردة في تحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية في جامعة البيضاء.
|b The study aimed to identify the role of strategic intelligence in its dimensions (foresight, systems thinking, future vision, and motivation) in improving the quality of educational services at the University of Al-Baydha, and the primary information was collected through a questionnaire from the study sample of (38) from the leaders of Al-Baydha University, retrieved of these (37) were valid questionnaires for analysis, and the descriptive analytical method was used to analyze the data and test the study hypotheses. The study found that there is a role for strategic intelligence with its dimensions when they are combined in improving the quality of educational services at the University of Al-Baydha, while it showed that there is no role of the other two dimensions (prospecting, systems thinking) when they are not combined in improving the quality of educational services at Al-Baydha University.
