المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى بناء تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء بكلية التربية رداع في ضوء الاتجاهات الإدارية الحديثة، وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع الأداء بكلية التربية، وإبراز أهم المشكلات والصعوبات التي تواجه تطوير الأداء. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة إلى أسلوب دلفي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعة من الخبراء الأكاديميين والباحثين فـي الجامعات اليمنية ومراكز البحوث والتطوير التربوي بلغت (24) خبير. وكانت الاستبانة هي أداة جمع البيانات. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: هناك العديد من المعوقات التنظيمية والبيئية التي تعوق تطوير الأداء بكلية التربية رداع. اتفاق الخبراء حول فقرات الاستبانة حيث حصل محور الأداء الإداري على درجة اتفاق عالية جدا بمتوسط حسابي (4.39) بدلالة وانحراف معياري (0.39). وجاء في المرتبة الأولى مجال الموارد البشرية، بينما جاء في المرتبة السادسة مجال القياد. فيما حصل محور الأداء الأكاديمي على درجة اتفاق عالية جدا بمتوسط حسابي (4.37) وانحراف معياري (0.56). حيث جاء في المرتبة الأولى مجال البحث العلمي، كما جاء في المرتبة السادسة مجال أعضاء هيئة التدريس. وبناء على نتائج الدراسة والإطار النظري توصلت الباحثة إلى إعداد التصور المقترح بمكونته المتمثلة في: الحاجة إلى التصور: الحاجة إلى التصور- منطلقات بناء التصور- أهداف التصور- مجالات وعناصر التصور- متطلبات تطبيق التصور- معوقات تطبيق التصور.

The current study aimed at building A Proposed Vision For Developing Performance In The College Of Education, Radaa In The Light Of Modern Administrative Trends, Through Identifying The Reality Of Performance In The College Of Education, and highlighting the most important problems and difficulties facing performance development. To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, in addition to the Delphi method. The study sample consisted of a group of academic experts and researchers in Yemeni universities and educational research and development centers, amounting to (24) experts. The questionnaire was the data collection tool. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: There are many organizational and environmental obstacles that hinder the development of performance in the Faculty of Education, Radaa. The administrative performance axis got a very high degree of agreement with an average arithmetic (4.39) with a mean and standard deviation (0.39), where it came first in the field of human resources, while ranked sixth in the field of leadership. While the academic performance axis obtained a very high degree of agreement, with mean (4.37) and standard deviation (0.56). Where came in the first place in the field of human resources, while in sixth place came the field of leadership. Based on the results of the study and the theoretical framework, the researcher reached to the proposed conceptualization with its component of: the need for visualization: the sources of constructing visualization - the objectives of visualization - areas of visualization - the requirements for applying visualization - obstacles to applying visualization.
