المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار دور القيادة الريادية في تعزيز أبعاد المنظمة الذكية بالتطبيق في مستشفى الكفيل التخصصي محافظة كربلاء. ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد أبعاد القيادة الريادية والمتمثلة بـ (البعد الاستراتيجي، البعد التواصلي، البعد التحفيزي والبعد الشخصي والتنظيمي) استنادا إلى (Fontana & Musa 2017)، في حين تم اعتماد أبعاد المنظمة الذكية والمتمثلة بـ (الرؤية الاستراتيجية، ثقافة الجدارة والحوافز والمكافئات) استنادا إلى (Schafer, 2009). وتم اختيار مستشفى الكفيل التخصصي- محافظة كربلاء لاختبار هذه الدراسة عن طريق استمارة استبانة أعدت لهذا الغرض إذ شملت (269) فردا من مديري ورؤساء أقسامها وشعبها ووحداتها الإدارية والطبية والفنية. وقد استخدمت مجموعة من أساليب المعالجة الإحصائية المناسبة في تحليل البيانات، إذ استخدم اختبار التحليل العاملي التوكيدي ومجموعة من الإحصاءات الوصفية وكذلك تحليل ارتباط (Pearson) وتحليل الانحدار باستخدام نمذجة المعادلة الهيكلية وتحليل المسار (Path Analysis). ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، أنه يوجد تأثير موجب ومعنوي للقيادة الريادية في تعزيز أبعاد المنظمة الذكية، وهذا ما يدعو مستشفى الكفيل التخصصي محافظة كربلاء قيد الدراسة، إلى بذل المزيد من الجهود باتجاه استخدام ودعم أبعاد القيادة الريادية وذلك لأنه من شأنها أن تعمل على تعزيز مكانتها كمنظمة ذكية.

This study aimed to test the role of entrepreneurial leadership in enhancing the dimensions of the smart organization by application in Al-Kafeel Specialized Hospital - Karbala Governorate. To achieve this, the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership were adopted (strategic dimension, communicative dimension, motivational dimension, and personal and organizational dimension) based on (Fontana & Musa, 2017), while the dimensions of the smart organization represented by (strategic vision, merit culture, and incentives) were adopted. and rewards) according to (Schafer, 2009). Al-Kafeel Specialized Hospital - Karbala Governorate was chosen to test this study using a questionnaire prepared for this purpose, as it included (269) individuals from the directors and heads of its departments, divisions, and administrative, medical and technical units. A set of appropriate statistical processing methods were used in the analysis of the data, as the confirmatory factor analysis test and a set of descriptive statistics were used, as well as (Pearson) correlation analysis and regression analysis using structural equation modeling and path analysis. Among the most important findings of the study, there is a positive and moral impact of entrepreneurial leadership in enhancing the dimensions of the smart organization, and this is what calls Al-Kafeel Specialized Hospital - Karbala Governorate under study, to make more efforts towards using and supporting the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership, because it would work on consolidating its position as an intelligent organization.
