|a تناولت هذه الدراسة التدفق النفسي والتي تعد أحد نظريات علم النفس الإيجابي للعالم ميهالي فعمد الباحثان على معرفة مقدار التدفق النفسي لدى مشرفي التربية الرياضية في جنوب العراق كون الأشراف التربوي يمثل العنصر الرقابي والتوجيهي للمدرسين والمعلمين والذين بدورهم يقودون العملية التربوية والتعليمية في المدارس، ومن خلال متابعة الباحثان للعمل في بعض مديريات التربية في قسم الأشراف التربوي لاحظا أن هنالك الكثير من المعوقات والضغوطات النفسية التي تواجه مشرفي ومدرسي ومعلمي التربية الرياضية والتي تؤثر بشكل سلبي على الرياضة المدرسية ودرس التربية الرياضية.
|b This study dealt with psychological flow, which is one of the positive psychology theories, so the researchers sought to know the amount of psychological flow among physical education supervisors in southern Iraq, since educational supervision represents the controlling and guiding element for teachers and teachers, who in turn lead the educational process in schools, and through the researchers' follow-up to work in Some directorates of education in the Department of Educational Supervision noted that there are many obstacles and psychological pressures facing physical education supervisors, teachers and teachers, which negatively affect school sports and the physical education lesson.
