هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توافر معايير الجودة لبرامج الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية صبر جامعة عدن من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس لبرامج الدراسات العليا، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (48) عضوا، وهم يمثلون جميع مجتمع البحث، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان استبانة تضمنت خمسة مجالات، تضم (56) فقرة، تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها بالطرق التربوية الإحصائية المناسبة، وتم تحليل البيانات من خلال برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss). وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة توافر معايير الجودة لبرامج الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية صبر- جامعة عدن لجميع مجالات الدراسة كانت بدرجة (متوسطة) بمتوسط حسابي (2.99)، وفق مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، وانحراف معياري قدره (0.610) كما بينت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة توافر معايير الجودة لبرامج الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية صبر-جامعة عدن تعزى لمتغيرات (اللقب العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة)، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة توافر معايير الجودة لبرامج الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية صبر-جامعة عدن تعزى لمتغير (القسم العلمي)، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصى الباحثان بمجموعة من التوصيات.
The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of quality standards for postgraduate programs at the College of Education, Sabr-University of Aden from the viewpoint of the faculty members for graduate programs, and the study population consisted of (48) members, and they represent the entire research community. 'To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used a questionnaire that included five Fields, containing (56) items, whose validity and reliability were verified by appropriate statistical educational methods, and the data were analyzed through the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results of the study showed that the estimates of the study sample individuals of the degree of availability of quality standards for postgraduate programs at the College of Education, Sabr, University of Aden for all fields of study were of (medium) with an arithmetic mean (2.99), according to the five Likert scale, and a standard deviation of (0.610). The study also showed that The existence of statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of quality standards for postgraduate programs at the College of Education, Sabr-University of Aden due to variables (scientific title, years of experience), and there are statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of quality standards for graduate studies programs at the College of Education, Sabr - University of Aden due to the variable (department Scientific), and in light of these results, the two researchers recommended a set of recommendations.
