|a تعد قضية الهوية من أبرز القضايا طرحا في تاريخ الفكر السياسي والاجتماعي للأمم، وتكاد تكون الأهم تأزيما للأوضاع العامة في حالة الانتقال من مرحلة إلى أخرى، كما أنها حجر الزاوية في استقلال وسيادة أي أمة تسعى للتقدم والانعتاق. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لبحث إمكانية إعادة بناء الهوية العربية على قاعدة شبابية واعية بالتحولات الفكرية والثقافية المتجددة التي تستهدف صياغة هويات تستجيب لمخططات العولمة والهيمنة والإلحاق، وهل لنا من القدرات الذاتية الثقافية والسياسية والاقتصادية ما يمكننا من حماية هويتنا العربية في عالم يتسارع فيه التطور التقني والفيض المعرفي العلمي الذي يستهدف مكونات وخصائص هويتنا العربية الإسلامية. ووفق منهجية تجمع بين المنظور الحضاري السياقي التفاعلي والمنهج الوصفي ودراسة الحالة سنعيد تدقيق المفاهيم المتعلقة بالهوية وأسباب أزمتها وخطورة مرحلة الشباب في مقابل هجمات الإعلام الجديد، بهدف اقتراح مقاربة سوسيو-حضارية لكيفية مساهمة الشباب في حماية عناصر الهوية العربية والتأثير الإيجابي والفاعل في البيئة المحيطة به. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مقاربة عملية تجسرها مستويات وجوانب ثقافية وسياسية واقتصادية وإعلامية، وأوصت بضرورة احتضان مؤسسات الدولة والمجتمع المدني لهذه المقاربة، وتحويلها إلى برامج وسياسات.
|b The issue of identity is one of the most prominent issues raised in the history of political and social thought of nations. It is almost an essential aggravation of the general situation in the event of transition from one stage to another, and it is the cornerstone of the independence and sovereignty of any nation seeking progress and emancipation. This study examined the possibility of rebuilding the Arab identity on a youth base aware of the renewed intellectual and cultural transformations aimed at formulating identities that respond to globalization, domination, and annexation schemes. The academic study targets the components and characteristics of Arab-Islamic identity. According to a methodology that combines an interactive contextual civilizational perspective, a descriptive approach, and a case study. The research re-examined the concepts related to identity, the causes of its crisis, and the danger of the youth stage in contrast to the new media attacks. The aim of the study is to propose a socio-civilizational approach to how young people can contribute to protecting the elements of Arab identity and the positive and effective impact on the surrounding environment. The study concluded with a practical approach bridged by cultural, political, economic, and media levels and aspects and recommended the need for state institutions and civil society to embrace this approach and turn it into programs and policies.
