المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة مواءمة البرامج التدريبية في الكليات التقنية للبنات لمتطلبات سوق العمل والكشف عن متطلبات مواءمة البرامج التدريبية في الكليات التقنية للبنات لمتطلبات سوق العمل، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واعتمدا على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة طبقت على مجتمع مكونة من (٣١٦) من المتدربات و(٤٢) من المدربات في الكلية التقنية للبنات بالخرج، وبعد استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، توصل البحث للعديد من النتائج؛ من أهمها: أن المتوسط العام لاستجابات أفراد مجتمع البحث حول محور درجة مواءمة البرامج التدريبية لمتطلبات سوق العمل تشير إلى (موافق)، ومن أهمها من وجه نظر المدربات (أن البرامج التدريبية ترسخ قيم العمل)، أما أهمها من وجهة نظر المتدربات (أن مستوى التأهيل للغة الإنجليزية عال، كذلك توفر الأجهزة التدريبية الحديثة الملائمة لسوق العمل)، وأن المتوسط العام لاستجابات أفراد مجتمع البحث حول محور متطلبات مواءمة البرامج التدريبية لمتطلبات سوق العمل تشير إلى "موافق" ومن أهم تلك المتطلبات من وجهة نظر المدربات (توفير التجهيزات التدريبية الحديثة التي ترتبط بمستجدات سوق العمل)، أما من وجهة نظر المتدربات فإن من أهمها (العمل على استحداث تخصصات جديدة تواءم متطلبات سوق العمل).

The study aimed to identify the degree of Alignment of training programs in the technical colleges for girls to the requirements of the labor market and to disclose the requirements of the Alignment of training programs in technical colleges for girls to the requirements of the labor, and relied on the questionnaire as a tool for study applied to a community of (316) trainees and (42) of the trainers in the study, which is attributed to the variables of the study (type of training program, College of Technology Girls in Al-Karaj, and after using the appropriate statistical methods, the study reached several results, the most important of which are: The general average of the responses of members of the study community on the axis of the degree of Alignment of training programs to the requirements of the labor market refers to (OK) and that most importantly from the point of view of the trainers (the training programs entrench the values of the work), either from the point of view of the trainees (that the level of English qualification is high, And the availability of modern training devices suitable for the labor market). The general average of the responses of the members of the study community on the axis of the requirements of the Alignment of training programs to the requirements of the labor market refers to (OK) and that most important of these requirements from the point of view of trainers (providing modern training equipment related to the developments of the labor market), either from the perspective of trainees, (To develop new disciplines adapted to the requirements of the labor market).
