|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على التخطيط الاستراتيجي وأثره في اختيار سياسات الإنتاج في مجتمع البحث. استخدم في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. ويتكون مجتمع البحث من مجموعة من موظفي شركة التحدي للصناعات الكهربائية ولبالغ عددهم (٥٠) موظفا وتم توزيع الاستمارات على كل أفرد العينة وتم استبعاد (٣) استمارات فقط لعدم صلاحيتها وبذلك بلغ عدد الاستمارات المعتمدة في التحليل (٤٧) استمارة، وتم تصميم استبانة البحث استنادا إلى الدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة بموضوع البحث وتم استخدام المسح الشامل لعينة البحث وباستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية توصل الباحثون إلى وجود ارتباط وتأثير بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي واختيار سياسات الإنتاج وخلص البحث على اعتبار أن التخطيط الاستراتيجي من المتغيرات المهمة في اختيار سياسات الإنتاج.
|b The aim of the research is to identify strategic planning and its impact on selecting production policies in the research community. This research used the descriptive analytical approach. The research community consists of a group of (50) employees of Al-Tahadi for Electrical Industries Company, and the forms were distributed to each of the sample members and (3) forms were excluded only for their invalidity, thus the number of the forms approved in the analysis reached (47) forms, and the research questionnaire was designed based on To previous studies related to the subject of the research, and the comprehensive survey of the research sample was used and using statistical means, the researchers reached an association and influence between strategic planning and the choice of production policies, and the research was concluded as strategic planning is an important variable in choosing policies To produce.
