520 |b The digital and robotization, combined with globalization, have caused a radical change of the model of society. Without neglecting the fact that we do not know today all the possible uses of the Artificial Intelligence, and which are certainly considerable. This combination has given birth to a real constraint, which is to form the HR to new trades, new practices, new techniques, new procedures and new know-how. Such a transformation of practices and instruments of different trades, public and private, is not without consequences on the public finance, whether it is an increase of expenditure or savings, will be felt necessarily. To bring a few of the elements of lighting, this communication is structured around three axs. First we look at the evolution and the effects generated by the development of digital. Then, we highlighted the progress made by Morocco in terms of integration of digital technologies at the level of the trades of public finances. Finally, we highlight the challenges and the impact of these transformations.  |d Le numérique et la robotisation, combinés à la mondialisation, ont provoqué un changement radical du modèle de société. Sans négliger le fait que nous ne connaissons pas aujourd’hui toutes les utilisations possibles de l’Intelligence Artificielle, et qui sont certainement considérables. Cette combinaison a donné naissance à une réelle contrainte, celle de former les RH aux nouveaux métiers, aux nouvelles pratiques, aux nouvelles techniques, aux nouvelles procédures et aux nouveaux savoir-faire. Une telle transformation des pratiques et des instruments de différents métiers, publics et privés, n’est pas sans conséquences sur les finances publiques, qu’il s’agisse d’un accroissement des dépenses ou d’économies, se feront sentir nécessairement. Pour apporter quelques éléments d’éclairage, la présente communication est structurée autour de trois axes. D’abord nous examinons l’évolution et les effets suscités par le développement du numérique. Ensuite, nous mettons en exergue des avancées enregistrées par le Maroc en termes d’intégration des technologies du numérique au niveau des métiers des finances publiques. Enfin, nous mettons en relief les défis et l’impact de ces transformations.
